I live in Cincinnati, but I travel to Nashville frequently. During my trips, I always make time to visit Vignette multiple times. The staff is terrific, and the clothes are stylish and unique. I feel great wearing an outfit from Vignette and can always count on compliments. Guys, your ladies will love your selections, especially for her, and ladies, you will enjoy your look from Vignette. This adorable new owner, Meagan creates the most beautiful experience. I bought raw sponges, cloches, scented candles, matches, huge crystals, and a petrified mud dragon egg encapsulating a gorgeous crystal. I've never seen anything like it! Casual clothing, custom jewelry, local artwork, beautiful home decor and accessories. Park and shop. I had a beautiful experience. The owner and staff are so courteous and beyond amazing!!

This is a great place to find unique gifts for friends and family (or for yourself). You are guaranteed to find something for everyone on your list and for yourself. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I was in a last minute bind to find a gift for my fiancé for her birthday. Luckily this place is so convenient in Brentwood and close to Nashville. The store has such a nice variety of clothing and home accessories, with the help of Meghan, I was able to save face with my fiancé! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends for their significant others’ needs!! Thanks Meghan and Vignette!

Wow! If you were looking for a cute BoHo boutique right outside of Nashville, this place is it! This boutique is located in Franklin, Tennessee. It is just outside of the city itself, but all of the neat things represented in the store truly looks like it belongs in Nashville! We decided to check out this boutique, as we had received gifts from this store from our friends in Franklin. I could have bought everything in the store! I love how the store is decorated, and the theme of shabby chic is definitely evident. When you first walk in the door, there is a beautiful floating twin size bed with tons of pillows and blankets. I also loved the birds in the birdcage near the window. How unique! The prices were a little bit higher than what I wanted to pay, but if I were looking for something high-quality to give to someone as a gift, I would not hesitate. Check out their jewelry, as they had a lot of trendy, unique items! They do have a sale and clearance area upstairs. I also loved the clothes by the brand Free People upstairs on display. We only had a few minutes to spare, but I definitely could have spent more time here. I loved this store!

They get 1 star for their cute clothes/home decor/accessories. However, the staff acts too snobby to help or talk to any of their customers. Like they're too good to do what most retail associates do? Not only do they not greet when you walk in, I warmly said hi and that I was coming in to find a matching accessory. The lady just glared at me and still did not acknowledge my presence. As cute as their stuff is I am big on customer service and a lot of other boutiques in the area carry the same products and are a lot nicer! (Finley's in Franklin is a good example) Bummed bc this place is so close to where I live but I just can't stand spending my money somewhere where they just aren't nice to or are appreciative of their customers. The other reviews prove that I am not the only one who had this experience. I wonder why the owner/staff doesn't make an effort knowing customers' perception of their lack of customer service?

This is a really fun place to shop! Lots of clothing, and it is all unique. Jewelry galore and scarves. Cool stuff on clearance. Lovely things in the "home decor " area adjoining the clothing area. Cute baby stuff.

I love this boutique, they have great stuff, but beware of their return policy, or rather their no returns policy. They only have exchange or store credit within 7 days! That seems extremely strict considering The saturation of boutiques these days, lots of competition out there. Granted, my purchase had been almost 1.5 months, but I wasn’t asking for a refund, (wouldn’t ask for that nor expect it) just an exchange. I spent over $200 on summer items (still resellable items considering it’s not even May yet) and was only wanting to exchange a portion of it. Certainly don’t feel like a valued customer right now. So, this will definitely affect my decision of shopping here in the future. Disappointing.
