Renters beware. Currently I am having to work with the city due to code violations for air conditioning in these units. I was without ac in my lofted space for 4 months out of the summer. My electric bill has jumped from $130 in winter to a staggering $270 plus in September. The investment firm Brookside Properties owns this complex. After "renovating" and installing newer appliances, they've determined it's now gained $100 worth of value and want to try to charge me more for a new lease. They cannot/will not renovate the failing insulation in the building without remediating the asbestos insulation inside the buildings first. Other neighbors have also experienced high electricity costs. Do not rent form this place - or if you do - get half off, because that's what it's worth. Brookside Properties Corporate has completely ignored my requests for refunds from not being able to use the 2nd bedroom I occupy. Look up brookside properties on Google. Their reviews speak for themselves.

This place is scam after scam. They issued an unspoken $200 fee during the application process. We heard from our friends the same thing was undisclosed and charged to them. We had a leak in our laundry room for months. They finally fixed the roof from leaking but did nothing about the hole in our ceiling or the mold. There were forced renovations back in April. I would come home to find workers standing on my bed, using our bathroom, the items installed were damaged. It all was a complete mess. Our AC unit does not work and the property does nothing though our bedroom reaches 80 degrees. The property circulated a referral benefit program yet when our friend and co-worker applied, they had rigged the online application so the money promoted would not be honored. — Forget the great price and great location. This property provides HORRENDOUS tenant care. - We reached out to resources for help and were told by property management, regional management, property owner, and their lawyer to not communicate complaints.

I just wanted to pop on here and say thank you to the leasing staff at the views of Brentwood!
Stacey, Caitlin, Moe, all of the maintenance staff and workers here have been absolutely amazing and we appreciate them more than words can say!
We have lived here 6 months and in that time while there has been some hurdles with power issues, water issues, dated appliances, etc. With a little friendly communication They have been nothing short of incredible to deal with.
Almost everything we have brought to their attention has been remedied remarkably fast considering the size of the community they are responsible for upkeeping!
I can’t thank them enough for showing our family especially my children so much kindness and grace every time we pop by the office.
These apartments have been here a very long time and I am genuinely impressed with their efforts to keep updating and make them better. While there are still a few details that need attention I have no doubt in my mind that this company will take care of it as soon as they can! That’s a great feeling especially knowing that there are so many companies out there with rentals that could care less!
Thank you owners, thank you staff, and thank you for great communication, kindness and understanding!

Brentwood property has been amazing, ever since they have came under new management Stacey property manager and Mo the assistant manager have been outstanding they make you feel right at home. There new renovations look great . I highly recommend this property if your looking for a great place .

It is a fantastic experience. Mo and Stacy go above n beyond to make you feel welcomed. Apartments are so spacious, with balconies and laundry areas in most apartments. The pool is actually cleaned and drained yearly. Clean inviting area near all the amenities of Brentwood and Nashville. If nothing else the views will take your breathe away. Love the feel.
