Update 3/20: I reached out to the email provided in the response 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear back.Went there this past Saturday and had oil change done. 10 minutes after leaving suddenly loud grinding sound started happening while driving. I called this location and let them know and I drove back to the location with the loud grinding continuing, unsure of what it was.When I turned back into the location the grinding stopped and I looked back and saw the engine plate on the ground. Picked it up and walked it to front desk. They said they must not have secured it enough. No real apologies for their error, and when I asked them to put it back on, I was told I would need to go back in line, which was pretty insane given this was their error and was quite frightening while driving.There were 4 cars behind each bay, so the wait would have been more than an hour so I had to come back later that day, still waited in line for 30 more minutes for them to fix it. Took over 2 hours of my day and was really frustrated that there was no, “we are sorry we did that, or here’s a free oil change for future.”I don’t leave reviews on here “ever” but the customer service for this situation was terrible, and with the lack of any sort of acknowledgment of their error, fixing their error immediately, and any follow up from this was really concerning.

Use Google to find coupons.. I just got $25 off a semi synthetic change..Man, these guys work well as a team.. I had a great experience and will recommend to everyone....

Great, fast service. The staff was friendly and did not push to upsell anything that was not needed. Been there twice now, once for a simple oil change on my daughter's bronco, and once because we noticed the oil leaking on my mother's car when she was in TN for a visit (they were able to find the problem and fix it almost immediately). We will definitely be repeat customers!

Around noon today I took a bit of a shortcut to a friend's house to get ready for a wedding. I turned a little too sharply, went over the curb, and popped my front tire. I sort of coasted through the strip until I reached this valvoline, which was an unforeseen blessing (seriously-- there are a lot of worse places to pop a tire by).I parked in front of the shop and stood outside of my car staring forlornly at my popped tire and within a minute an employee was already making his way over to me. For the life of me I cannot remember his name-- very sorry, extremely long day. He said he had noticed that I had a popped a tire and asked if I had a spare, and then offered to replace it. He was quick, efficient, and extremely helpful.His coworker assisted him and debriefed me afterwards, and also gave me recommendations on where to find a new tire. No one charged me for any of this.After I thanked him profusely for his help, his response was basically this:"We see someone that needs help, and we help."I've gone to this Valvoline a few times (I don't think they even realized I was a customer when I pulled in, which makes the situation that much more impressive), and I've consistently received quick, efficient, and friendly service. I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone.Thank y'all very, very much. Again, I wish I could remember the names of the folks who helped me today. Because of y'all I could attend an amazing wedding. ?

I DONT LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, BUT I REALLY HAD TO FOR THIS ONE:There is only one plug that needs to be tightened after the oil change!It’s only one!!!!!After a long day of work, I stopped by to change my oil on Saturday .got home and went back to work the next day .while driving around, I felt like my van doesn’t sound right, and it was getting overheated.Got back home that day later in the evening, and I saw that there is oil all over my driveway all the way down to the stop sign at the end of the road!! I looked at beneath the van and man oil everywhere, and that was from the morning that I left and didn’t see it.I have to go back there in the morning and I already have appointments that I have to be there at 8 .So now I have to reschedule 3 of my customers for only one plug that had to be double-checked and have to pressure wash my driveway.2nd visitThe next day , I went to have it fixed after an hour, and they said it's fixedMorning ,oil leaking again3th visitThe next day ,they said it's fixedMorning ,oil leaking again4th visitThe next day ,they said it's fixedYou already know,Morning ,oil leaking again5th visitSep,25,2023Went by again the store sign says open at 5:50 pm but the store is closed which google map says close at 7pmI asked the guy that was inside if they were open, but he was madly screaming and all I was hearing him screaming and not even trying to listen to what I was there for.I DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON OVER THERE, BUT THIS PLACE HAS A VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

The guys were so nice and courteous. The young man kept me from wasting my money when my transmission pan needed a new gasket and told me about it instead of going ahead and cleaning it out. Thank you for your great service!
