I came in with my family for a passport appointment and unfortunately met the Devil herself, aka Starlett. She was on a complete power trip and threatened to not process our children’s passports because she did not “like our energy.” and was mad that we used the blue pens that were laid out by the post office for the passport forms. She was rude condescending and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. She never even greeted us and we were never rude to her. She also told me if I looked at her “one more time” she’d stop the passport process. So I sat there for 30 minutes staring down for fear of her not processing our children’s passports and them missing our international trip already booked. The best part is that there is NO management on the premises, which is why postal workers here are on weird power trips. They know there are no repercussions. I had to contact the head guy all the way in Washington DC to get a response. He responded to my email within minutes and was horrified at my experience, hopefully that will help get this location in order.

Passport service zero if I’m not mistaken on the website says walk in service is limited so my daughter stopped by there at 9:00am to see if she can gets her passport with complete document but the respond from the lady that works at the passport window was not professional. She was talking to my daughter like she came from another planet instead of just telling her today appointments only ??♂️Please train your employees how to be professional with the customers …525 Royal Parkway is the best location to get your passport. My respect goes to them.

Came 5 minutes before closing and worker was insisting they were closed, did not help. Needed something mailed from Tennessee to Florida. We then tried using the self service, asked for tape and still said “we are closed” before the closing time and shutting the door on us. We then used shipping envelopes, put packages in drop box and then they all fell to the floor which we had glass in the package. Horrible service, do not recommend if you have to mail something. Don’t come here. 0/5 stars

This is the only post office in the area that is nice, friendly and has never lost one of my packages. Don’t listen to the bad reviews - some people are just cranky.

Came in during passport walk-in hours to find that they had already reached the cut off at 8:45 (walk-in hours listed as 9-12). Came in the next week at 6 am at the suggestion of the people waiting in line and was able to get it done, but it was after 11 by the time I did. The workers were very kind and helpful and did their best to get through everyone they could. If you plan on getting your passport done during walk-in be prepared to wait for hours. Some smarter people than me brought camping chairs to avoid sitting on the floor, and I’d recommend bringing a book. Also there’s no public restrooms so you’ll have to walk to the gas station nearby.

They lied about passport walk-in hours. It’s not 9-12. We got there at 9:11 and they said they are not serving any more people

Came here to mail my passport renewal stuff. I had all documents but apparently supposed to sign in black ink not blue which the forms do say so I admit I messed that up. But I had my picture in my hands and the clerk pointed out to me that needs to be stapled on there. I understand that but he didn’t even offer to do it for me like I thought they’d do. It’s one staple is that gonna cost USPS a fortune? Instead of assisting with this small thing he just was rude and essentially sent me away due to the ink issue which I understand but still, a little compassion and assistance goes a long way.

Spoke with Treasure about a lost package. She said she'd speak to her supervisor about it. She couldn't get hold of her so we ended our conversation. Treasure then called me back and said her supervisor was doing my home's route that day and had my package. My package never came and I spoke to her supervisor (either Lisa or Deanna I cannot remember which) while she was in my neighborhood, who told me that she hadn't spoken to Treasure in several days. Treasure called me back just to lie to me and this post office lost my package.Amazon should take over all mail delivery in this country, the government needs to stop funding the USPS for it only to bleed money every year...Amazon does a far better job at what the postal service has been trying to do since the founding of our country.

The clerks are all very personable and helpful. Very busy place this time of year and they are still pleasant.

So helpful! Clerks have always been friendly, even when some customers were very rude. Am sure rude customers gave bad reviews, but I am a big fan of this post office. Nice, competent, professional. Do the very best they can with resources they have.

Drop off packages and got an acceptance scan on the kiosk ⭐. Got some priority mail boxes while I was here, they had restocked.

They do one thing: mail your stuff. If you need anything, like a little tape to affix a label, they make you buy $4 roll of tape. I am always amazed that the USPS is still in "service", because their service is terrible...
