I ship and process returns thru this location 3-4 times a week. The staff is super efficient, friendly and always very helpful. I am generally in and out within 2-5mins max! As a business owner, this level of care and efficiency is extremely important!

They now charge $3 for Amazon label returns. Amazon and UPS in cahoots.

I am so disappointed in the customer service at this store. BEWARE: each UPS store is a franchise and independently owned: meaning THEY MAKE THEIR OWN RULES. If you have a package delivered to this store, they can charge WHATEVER they want for this service. We have been charged anywhere from $0 to $10 to have an employee hand us OUR package. If I had been told POLITELY about this policy and the policy was applied CONSISTENTLY, I wouldn't have an issue- I would simply find another shipping solution. However, we have been treated so RUDELY by two different employees (I believe at least one was the manager) that we won't use this store again. On our last visit, they charged us $10 (prior to this it was free or $5- then it would be free again- depending on who checked us out). When the employee was told we wouldn't use their store again because of the arbitrary way they apply their fees, we were told "fine by me." Wow. I'm impressed this store is so overrun with customers that they could care less if business walks out the door. Great job guys!!

They wanted to charge a $3 “fee” just to print a label where you’ve already paid for the shipping and FedEx down the street will print the same page for $0.20. I asked to use the printer and they said that’s a “dollar a minute” and if you want me to tape it, that’s another fee. I’m just glad they didn’t charge me a fee for using their A/C.It’s clear this location is trying to tack on extra fees hoping to take advantage of the Brentwood customers. I’ve never had a poor experience at UPS stores but makes sense that this location is “special” given the poor reviews compared to other franchise locations.

This UPS Store offers great service! They have been taking care of the ad hoc printing needs Small Batch Bakery for over a year. I tried several other places with very mixed results and frustration. No more! I just wanted to give a shout out to a bunch of hard working people.

i personally would not ever come to this ups store. the customer service at this location is terrible. i needed a document notarized & i was approached by a woman who was obviously very annoyed she had to get up & actually work. she proceeded to continue to make me feel dumb. aside from the fact she was terribly rude, she then refused to help me. keep in mind the only thing i said was to ask if someone could notarize my document. i then had to rip up my important document right in front of her. i have a busy day & this establishment just wasted my time.
