What a terrific place I brought in my PC cause my Bluetooth wasn’t working. It worked fine for them and is working fine for me now too. They didn’t charge me anything for looking at the PC and seeing if they could recreate the problem. That right my bill was Zero, Zip, Nada.
They fix phones laptops. Honest guys

Seriously this is another example of poor workmanship and shoddy business practices.
My daughter brought her phone in here to just have the battery replaced. When we got it back, there was moisture behind the lenses so we took it back to them. They said they put it in a dehydrator and gave it back to us and it still didn't work. we brought it back again and they said we would have to keep it overnight to fix it. We were going out of town so I bought her another phone. Came back about a week and a half later and now they say that there's moisture that they did not cause in the back of the phone And it's not their problem. He says that we must've submerged in water or something. He totally lied. His name is Max Ashford. I did at least get him to admit that there was moisture in the phone after they had it. Do not use this location. They ruined our $800 phone and I've got nothing to show for it. Seriously use some other location And maybe not you break I fix at all. Beware

I had 3 days really stressful experience with this branch
Samsung gave me 3 times technical support claim number but they says is not in our system and i just claimed as damage phone (actually wasn't damage) so they start working on my phone and after 20 minutes i dropped off they login to my Facebook,Instagram,Google one and samsung account
I just back 2 hours later they show me it was fixed but he says (kenny) samsung need to check up my phone need to be here at store so far I was there until closing and they keep it until next day, when I got home I recognize my car is not active on fb marketplace and check my fb has been login in Brentwood store
Next day I was there first person but he went back and trying to change my phone times and clear his miss but I had all photo it shows they login to my personal account and I did report it to samsung and also ubrakeifix corporations they goes to underwriter for review
I had very helpful experience with Gulch branch they are very cool except Brentwood and highway 70 branch

Went in for a cracked screen & came out with a fixed screen. Gentleman stated they were a bit backed up but was able to get my phone back the same day. Went in around 11am or so & was told to pickup @1pm. It was ready when I went in. Would definitely recommend.

Let’s start with the good:
The employee working the front desk every time I was in this store was great. Sometimes a little curt but otherwise friendly, kind, and provided great service. They are the only reason I’m giving two stars.
Now for the bad:
I shattered my iPhone 14 screen and needed a replacement. I chose Ubreakifix because they offered certified OEM apple parts.
Upon arriving at Ubreakifix there was a menu of options, the “best” option clearly stated that the parts would be OEM apple parts. I was charged $378 for the screen replacement (sadly I didn’t have insurance in place).
When I got home there was a notification on my phone. When I followed it, the settings app showed a warning stating that my phone detected a part that was not manufactured by apple.
I called the store the next day and they said, the option I paid for was OEM. That the OEM part would be $578. I asked if I could get my broken screen put back on my phone and get a refund. They said yes.
The two days later I go in the get a refund. I pointed out that the menu of options clearly stated that I chose an OEM part for the price I originally paid.
The employee looked surprised when they realized the mistake. They called the owner and was told that the menu options had changed.
They did not honor the advertised menu option. Even though it was right there in writing.
As a business owner myself, I believe they should have honored the advertised option. It’s what I would have done and it would have been the right thing to do.
For now, I’m back to my old screen waiting for my Genius Bar appointment. Because a genuine apple screen repair straight from the source only costs $389. Not $578 like from Ubreakifix.
I don’t recommend them unless you have an Asurion insurance plan.
