I was in this store the other day and the lady (Ashley) who was my cashier was horrible! She wasn't personable whatsoever, it seemed like I was bothering her being in the store and she was one her phone either texting or surfing social media the entire time I was there. I've normally goto a different Twice Daily location in the Brentwood area, but wanted to try a different one because since the manager of my normal location left, it's rapidly going downhill! Well from my horrible experience at trying this other location and dealing with an employee who seemed to be bothered by guests coming in (who pay her wages) I guess it's time I give up on Twice Daily and try another gas station. I DO NOT Recommend either the location in Franklin (1616 Franklin rd) or the location in Brentwood (under new management) on Carothers pkwy. I used to enjoy my daily visits here up until the new management took over. Never again! Horrible service and horrible staff!
