Scheduled a new patient appointment for cancer screening, but missed it when I was recovering from another surgery. Called to reschedule like the automated text told me to but the lady on the phone told me I wasn't allowed to book another appointment with them because I missed it. So they basically banned me from going there just because I missed my first appointment while recovering from another surgery. Absolutely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time here.

This is the best medical practice in the Nashville area. I've been in healthcare for 25 years and I'm impressed with Dr. Hartman, Gabriella Lee, NP and staff every time I have an office visit, pharmacy refill request or a simple question. They are routinely efficient, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and kind. Excellent service. Excellent practice.

Dr. Ducey has been my doctor for well at least 7 years, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire practice. Yes, they are busy, but they do everything possible to get patients in and out in an efficient manner without sacrificing patient care. Dr. Ducey is patient and kind and works hard to help patients include their overall quality of life. He really listens to his patients and allows us to share in the decision-making for our own health. The staff is amazing, returns calls in a timely manner, and works out pharmacy/insurance issues quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

This is a little different of a review, because I didn’t go here for any medical attention. Instead, I wanted to write this review simply to show the kind of people who run this place. On the side, I deliver for Doordash. The other day, they ordered 450$ worth of food 40 minutes away. Tipped 0 dollars! For a hour and a half round trip I made less than 8$ because you basically run on tips, and after filling my car with food and wasting gas, I was pretty mad. After I called a couple times and talked to multiple people, they gave me each different answers for some “third party” and a different “rep” that ordered it. Told me that they spoke with them directly and would add a tip that day. It’s been 5 days and nothing. Since I never got a straight answer for who ordered it, I don’t believe some other third party did, and management didn’t even offer 5$ for the trouble after calling back and forth. Just wanted to share this to show how cheap they are, and since they didn’t give me a tip, here’s a tip for them. If you want to order that much food from 40 minutes away, go pick it up yourself so you’re not wasting someone’s time and losing them money. These other reviews are right when they say the people that run this place are bad!

The staff is rude and their policies are ridiculous. They are arrogant which is funny because their physicians are adequate. Before calling to schedule I talked with many patients who have all left the practice. Wait times were terrible. Yes, it’s close and convenient but not worth it.

Found a new Dr after being scolded for rescheduling one appt, and then missing it because I wrote it down wrong by one day. I was told I could not reschedule without permission. When permission was granted I was told if it ever happened again I would not be allowed to return. My family has an eight year history with this group and this is how I’m treated for being human. I’m my opinion tristar is more interest in the bottom line than patients. Not happy!

I had to wait for an hour for my appointment and by the time I got back they told me I then had to wait downstairs to get lab work. I was irritated by then but when I tell you the phlebotomist was the nicest woman I have ever met. She completely turned my experience around. She kept me comfortable and laughing the whole time. She even fixed me up when I was bleeding from under my bandage. I can’t remember her name but it started with an L and she deserves so much recognition for all she does!!

Terrible service. They do not care about your health or your problems. You can not see the doctor when you need him.

I have been a patient here for years and have never had a bad experience. I often have issues with the pharmacy needing approval for prescriptions from my health insurance, (like, pretty much every few months) and the staff / Dr. Hartman and NP Gabriela Lee always get it resolved for me THAT DAY! From personal experience I know that is extremely uncommon, and should not go unrecognized. Usually with other offices that approval takes 72 hours, and when you are needing your prescription that's too long to wait. Additionally, they are quick to respond to patient needs and no one makes you feel like your call / request isn't a priority. I would highly recommend them and am extremely grateful for the service they've provided me.

I work in healthcare and decided on Dr Hartman years ago because he was one of the only physicians in my network, near my house, with whom I did not work frequently. How happy I am at the fluke decision!I have changed jobs twice since then and insurances three times, and I like Dr Hartman so much that I made sure he was in network before I chose my most recent insurance. He explains things so well—simply, intelligently.I still work in healthcare (much newer in the field than he is), and I am so impressed by Dr Hartman that I take note of my experiences in his office and purposefully let these influence my own practice.Even though healthcare is busy and is about seeing more people in less time, Dr Daniel Hartman always treats me like a valuable human and important client.

I have been going here for several years now. I always see Gabby. She is fantastic. I never feel like a number and I always feels like she cares. Although I'm sure she see's hundreds of patients, she remembers me and I never have to re-explain who I am. She is always responsive in the messages and thorough. Also, she listens, she listens to my concerns and my wants but works with me on any treatment plan. The nurses are great also. Side note: The pens there are some of the best pens to write with and the hand sanitizer spray is great too.

I drive 40 min to an hour each way for every appointment with gabbi Lee when there’s another Tristar 5 min behind my apartment. She’s that amazing . They have a new transfer (Chascidy?) that was extremely kind, warm , and fun as well
