Absolute scam general manager told me tires only last 8000 miles if you do rideshare and refused to replace despite me having the road hazard warranty. District manager refused to call me. Store manager looks like he's fresh out of the prison yard.Sl Said I never rotated them and I said here is the paperwork and he refused to even look at the paperwork he said if it's not in the computer doesn't matter never happened. I have been going here for years and spend thousands a year here but will never spend a penny here again absolute thugs run it now. There is a reason they will absolutely refuse to give you the regional managers phone number because he knows he would just constantly be bombarded by everyone they rip off. To the supposed owner reply you have my phone number you can call me but you know what your people did and we know I will never receive a call.

Worst store there is. Was told by two different service managers within a month I could switch out my tires because of issues from the factory. Then when I get there the new store manager just decides that’s not gonna happen and charges me another 2500$ or I can’t take my truck home

I had to bring my car back three times after having new tires, balance and alignment done (4 total visits). First time, the alignment and balance weren’t done when they installed the new tires (even though I requested it and they claim that they offer it free with every new tire purchase-just listen to the message they play while hold. Second time, the balance was not done properly . Third time there was a problem with the valve stem of the tire and they overinflated the tire. Fourth time because the balance is off because of the overinflated tire (they apologized and admitted that their balancing machine was out of calibration). The balance is still off and my car shakes badly at speeds above 65 mph. I am still waiting on a call back from them after more than a week about giving me a refund. The assistant manager is blaming the problem on picking the wrong tire for my car - which is the one they recommended that I choose. I have been going there for more than seven years, but must now stop because there are too many problems. This is not isolated to me, because I heard another customer complaining about problems with their current level of service during my third visit.

Okie dokie had a problem with a battery in the heat. Which was at another location right down the street. Zack one of the new guys not only came over and tried to jump it but brought over a new battery and put it in and then we figured out that we had to give the starter a good whack as well but everything was taken care of. And got everything done before AAA came but AAA sucks these days so be wary of them too. Getting good service is so hard these days it's not even funny.

Arrived at 8 with appointment for rotation on previously purchased tires. Decided to give them a try because they included alignment with purchase of tires. Took over 2 hours, for something that should take 30 minutes. No communication about being backed up. What is the point of having appointments? Would understand if I had just walked in. Noticed many frustrated costumers.
