My first time to this Tire Discounters location and I am very pleased! I love walking out with a $0.00 bill for something my dealership said baseline would be $75+ (testing my TPMS). My husband was so impressed he walked right in to schedule an appointment for his trucks to get a new set of tires!

I stopped by twice in the last couple weeks to have air put in a tire that had a low reading-- obviously a slow leak. They were very nice and accommodating. The second time, I asked if I could make an appt for the next day around lunchtime to get the tire checked out. I was told that they were booked until 2:00, but could get me in at 2:30. I agreed, since I work around the corner. The next day, I showed up and checked in at 2:30, and after waiting for 35 min, no action. So, I retrieved my key fob and left to go back to work. I'm not sure what the purpose of an appt is if they cannot get you in within a few minutes or at least tell you that they're behind schedule and it will be a bit of a wait. No communication. Not cool.

Tyler was tremendous! I noticed a nail and called Tyler to see if he could squeeze me in today. He was very professional and very friendly. Within 15 minutes of my arrival, the tire had been removed. Unfortunately, the nail was located too close to the sidewall, so a repair could not be done. However, Tyler did not stop there. He suggested, with my approval, that the nail be removed in hopes that it didn't penetrate the tire. Tyler was correct! The nail was removed and no air was lost! Thank you, Tyler, for going the extra mile!

I’ve been a customer for several years. One of the things I really like about this location is they are always able to get me on the schedule quickly. Everyone is friendly and professional and I’ve never had any problems with the work. I would definitely recommend.

Worst experience from this tire shop, went in 1 1/2 hours before they closed because I had a large nail in my tire and it was leaking really bad. The guy at the counter said he couldn't help me because the store was going to close and said "let me check", opened the door to the shop, and said "yeah, we're to busy to service you", I said even though I have a large screw and it's leaking air? He said sorry. Super unprofessional and I'd never take my truck to any Tire discounter after this. I went to Firestone around the corner and they helped me right away

Got a very unfortunate flat tire right near tire discounters so called them and they were able to take care of me right then and very quickly. I felt like the price was fair as well. We are grateful for their service today!

Have been twice, disappointed both times and now going somewhere else to fix their low quality job. They fixed the tire, but the quality and service is garbage. Any tire shop on Nolensville road is better.
