This place has always been so great to me! Amazing service and Mehul is my man!! He’s always so helpful and ready to assist me with any question! Overall all of the employees are great but Mehul is one of the ones I’ve sought out for help in many occasions. He’s so cool and knowledgeable! Thanks Mehul! :) I’ve been to other UPS locations and can always feel the best vibes at the Brentwood location. They all are very welcoming and almost feel like family to me.

- *Mya* was very polite, very straight with her customer service towards me , I just had to wait to receive a paper from her for my back up and she told me what to do , very detailed with information given, (ENVIRONMENT SO NICE FROM ALL EMPLOYEES there ) in love :)
I visited this place to leave a Xfinity Router and.... I was like : what should I do or tell to the UPS girl -what to do - haha
( but I REMEMBERED .... xfinity told me ' go to ups store and leave it there, they will know what to do ' and YES they were right.
I just enter to ups store , she saw the Xfinity Router and procced to do her job, she gave me a receipt and told me to wait around a month to close the process with Xfinity .
- So, in short words , Mya was awesome !
