  They took away the self serve register for people who purchase pizza and icee...and they expect people to wait in line ...not going to happen when you can simply pay double and go to starbucks for something to drink when I brought it up to the staff all they said was ok...another words they don't want to hear it

  Target has far more grocery items these days than I ever realized until today. I knew they had bread, pastries, chips, cookies, & some frozen food, but they have so much more. I literally did the majority of my grocery shopping at Target today.

  Wow wow wow. I called literally every single blessed extension in the store twice (guest services, electronics, every single one) trying to get someone to pick up and they just ring and ring and eventually hang up. Was in your store trying to find help locating a product after it wasn't found in the aisle listed online and there were no workers to be found AT ALL, so I thought i would call in search of some help. Zero stars. Do not recommend. Hire some folks to answer your phones!

  Had to purchase a few items for our business right before Target's closing time. I was one of the last people checking out and one of the items wasn't pulling up with a promo discount. It was only a few dollars, so I wasn't too fluffed and knew they were closing, but Mollie took great care to ensure I got the discount. She was just so dang nice! Had to take a moment to give her a shout out! Thank you, Mollie!!! You made my evening that much better!! :)

  Let's just compare experiences to illustrate why I love this Target and loathe its competitor Walmart. A few days ago, I needed two items, and both were available in-store at this Target. So I bought them online and selected pickup. They were ready in only 42 minutes. I parked, walked to customer service just inside the main doors, and the kind employes had retrieved my order in probably 60 seconds, maybe 90 at the most. And I was on my way to run other errands. Now that's efficiency, but it's simply what I expect everywhere. Well ... ... a week ago, I needed one item that was in stock at the Cool Springs Walmart, and I was going to be a block away running another errand. I knew it would take 10 minutes for me to find it in the store. So I begrudgingly placed a pickup order for efficiency's sake with the store that I strongly dislike. I showed up and walked in, but Walmart no longer does walk-in pickups. I was told by an employee to park in a numbered spot on the side of the building and call the phone number in my email or in my text. "But there isn't a number," I replied. The employee rudely retorted, "Yes there is!" I parked in a numbered spot, looked at both the text AND the email from Walmart, and there is definitely no phone number! So I checked in on their app to let them know I was there. Now, I quickly noticed there was a phone number on a sign just for pickup orders, so I called it even though I had checked in. It was the store's general number, but you can select 4 for pickups. I called for 30 minutes straight, continuously redialing, and nobody ever picked up the phone. It took 30 minutes for someone to respond to my check-in and come to the car with one item in a bag. All the cars around me also waited for 30 minutes for their orders. Now who in the world - outside of retirees - has time to wait half an hour for one item at Walmart, and why would anyone in their right mind do Walmart pickup? See why I like Target better?

  Beware. Target offers cheaper prices online than in the store. I went to buy a toy dump truck and it rang up $8.00 more in the store. If I wasn't paying attention and pointed it out to the clerk I would have paid $30.99 for the truck instead of the advertised $22.99 online. Beware.

  I went to this location in Nov 2023 at around 5 pm.I was shocked this was a store in a nice are that looked like it had giant wind gusts run through it.Regardless of the store area, there were shelved items on the floor, abandoned shopping carts of items, cold grocery items left on non-grocery store shelves.It was due to 2 possible causes:1) not enough store employees to tidy up the store2) people in the community that were too lazy to restock an item they changed their mind on or pick something up that had fallen of shelf.

  I do not recommend ordering items for pickup so close to the holidays. The order was ready for pickup early in the morning. It took over 30 minutes for the associate to find my item. There was a lack of communication about whether someone was looking for my item and whether it was stored in the “back”. I could have easily bought it off the shelf.Pick-up orders are convenient, but when the staff is overwhelmed, it is more of a hassle. The process and communication could be improved.

  I love Target! They always have what I’m looking for and my order is ready so quickly! My new favorite is adding a Starbucks order to my curbside pickup. Genius!

  Visited this Target in Brentwood, TN while charging my Telsa. I ran in just to use the women's restroom and grab some snacks. The women's restroom was filthy! The women's restroom looked as it hadn't been cleaned in some time! The attendant that was so called mopping the women's restroom floor was utilizing a Swifter Wet Mop! I was just blown away! There was urine and toilet tissue all over the floor! The attendant was basically spreading urine all over the floor using the Swifter Wet Mop. I will not be back to this Target!
