The one positive was the location, right off of SR 65 and near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Hot breakfast in the morning was average. Our room was clean for the age of the hotel. I was disappointed that we could not use the AC, as it was too loud and actually scared my younger kids. There was no staff available at the front desk for me to address this as we were departing.Rooms: Clean for age of hotel, very low toiletsNearby activities: Plenty of shopping and restaurants

Stayed here while driving to FL. Font desk girls were very nice, breakfast lady also. I had a room with a king bed- very clean and comfy.Location is awesome because it is right by the highway and on the other side of the road are clothing stores and restaurants.

Room, restroom, lobby and outside of building was clean. Staff were nice and knowledgeable. But the maintenance and cosmetic repairs were lacking. Dents and dings in walls needed attention. The mattress on the bed should have been replaced a few years ago. Other than a few things needing repaired or replaced it was not real bad.

I am a diamond choice privileges member. This is a great place for the price. It looks like it has been recently renovated. The rooms are well lighted. There is a decent breakfast.

They’ll charge you for things that didn’t happen after you leave!!Staff was friendly and wonderful while we were there- no complaints about the front desk, breakfast crew, etc. Rooms are fine, nothing special- outdated but doable for a cheap stay while in town for a festival. However, after we left I received another charge on my Credit card. Called and was told we were charged a pet fee despite both our dogs being boarded back home. Was told that the manager would call me- she never did so I had to call them again to dispute the fee. Was told that housekeeping found a pet in our room- yet we never received housekeeping service because we forgot to take off the do not disturb sign when we left for the day. Offered to send over the boarding receipt and asked them to review check in and check out security footage. Manager was incredibly rude to me while I was trying to discuss the issue and never called me back after saying she would speak with housekeeping. Sent multiple emails (including pet boarding receipt) directly to the manager and to corporate and still haven’t heard anything. Feels SUPER shady. If you stay here be sure to check your credit card after so they don’t hit you with “incidentals” that never happened. After reading other reviews and the hotel responses it seems I’m not the only one who’s had similar issues with managements “customer service.” This was my first experience with Choice hotels and will definitely be my last.

Very nice hotel. Located with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Located close enough to Nashville life without the all busy.Beds are a little firm but comfortable. Rooms are clean, with storage. TV is good, plenty of channels. Only complaint about the room is the AC is a little loud but does get cold. Shower was great, excellent water pressure and plenty of space (not much shelf space for storing shower stuff but not a big deal especially if you have travel size things as there is a small shelf installed).Breakfast was good, offered several options. Plus a small snack section (does require cash for purchase)Staff was great, very friendly and accommodating.Pool seemed great, looked very clean but we didn’t actually use it.Would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again.

The rooms were as described and adequate. The rooms did not exceed expectations, but the room did meet my expectations. The location is great and it does not take long to get into downtown Nashville. The value of what you get for the price is pretty good. The breakfast offered includes sausage gravy for the biscuits, which is a nice touch and something I have not seen in other Comfort Inns I have stayed at (at least compared to Texas, Florida, California, Virginia, and Arkansas). I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly, especially the team member that was making the breakfast the morning I was there! (9/8/23) I was traveling with a cat and the room was cat friendly. There were not any spaces where my cat was able to get stuck.

We had a great one night stay! After reading some of the other reviews we were a little nervous, but they’ve clearly made positive changes or we just had a much better experience. All hotel staff we interacted with were very nice. The room was clean with lots of towels and hot water for my fairly late 9 am shower. The beds were a bit tight but it was an efficient room and we had no problems getting in and out of bed. The breakfast had quite the spread for a free continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, diy waffle station, fruit, cereal, yogurt and pastries. There was juice, coffee and several types of tea as well. We had a storm the night we were there and didn’t utilize the pool so I can’t speak to that. Overall, I would definitely stay overnight again if we’re in the area and what I would expect for the price point.Nearby activities: Great little ramen place a few minutes away.

Staff was very kind and professional. Variety of continental breakfast, I have had better but also a lot worse. For me, the bed was so uncomfortable as well as the pillows. There is a five below across the street, I recommend getting a cheap pillow from there. Overall, the hotel was clean. The only thing I found gross was the pool outside. Staff had said in check-in that they have been having a hard time keeping it clean due to the tree above and the leaves. However, not only was it a greenish color, it also had so much hair floating on top. It was like this the whole 3 days we were there.

Pool was filthy!!! I had disappointed kids that couldn't swim. One reason we stayed here was for the outdoor pool. They didn't make our beds while we were gone. We did get fresh towels. Breakfast was good!!! Location was great.
