This is about the White Bison Coffee add on to this Shell Station.. why have it if it's going to be "closed for the moment" during rush hour at 730am.. it was obvious the lady just didn't want to make coffee at that time.. lazy would best describe it.

All the lights were on but the doors were locked. Had to be told by a car sitting outside that they were closed

Don't waste your time. They say they are open 24 hours but it's a Saturday night and they are closed at 10:00 without a sign or anything. Every night recently we have tried to stop at the gas station and the lights are on but the doors are locked. Sure staff shortage or whatever but at least put up a sign or change your hours so it isn't deceiving. There are two MAPCOs in the area that are always open. Go to them instead.

This location is now a Twice Daily with Shell gas pumps. I've had good experiences with other Twice Daily locations but sadly not with this one. I pumped my gas and needed a receipt. I pushed the button to get one but the paper was out and no receipt came out. So I went inside the very nicely appointed Twice Daily to request a receipt. The man at the counter gave me my receipt. I told him the pump appeared to be out of paper and I got a blank stare. I repeated it and his reply was "I don't change the paper. It's not my job". I suggested he tell whoever was in charge about it and another blank stare. No one seems to really give two hoots at this location.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a lazy rude cashier. I was in a relatively good mood before the incident. The cashier was obviously having a bad day and not willing to do her job correctly. I am new to the shell fuel rewards program and asked what I needed to do. She responded, irritated, that she didn't know what I wanted to do or what program I had signed up with. After trying to enter in my phone number had failed, she finished the sale without letting me know that it hadn't gone through. When I asked her to redo it the right way, I was met with a rude deep sigh as if I were wasting her time. This cashier's poor attitude and impatience ruined my day. I would not recommend this establishment to those of us who appreciate a little customer service.

This is always been a stop on my way into work. The service inside is great and now that they've renovated is very clean. Prices are competitive for the area.
