I needed 2 watch batteries replaced, but I wasn't even sure they would be open. Thankfully they were open and got both batteries changed in about 5 minutes. However, they charged me $30 - $15 for each watch. I've been here several times in the past, and never paid more than $8. It just seemed like a lot to pay.
