“After having a HORRIBLE experience with another storage company - it was a relief to receive some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Dana (5 stars!!!) @public storage in Brentwood is personable, helpful and so kind! The storage facility is clean and run very well by people who care. I always find carts available when I show up and the ability to use an app to open the gate and the doors, is so convenient and useful. I got a great price for our climate controlled unit online and because of the onsite team and the great experience we've had overall with Public Storage, we will be holding onto the unit for awhile. There really is not comparison - this place is top notch!”

“Went in here to buy some moving supplies and needed a few mattress bags. The gentleman working the counter was so kind and genuinely helpful. I was about to buy some more expensive ones and he actually suggested slightly cheaper ones and explained why they would work better for my needs. To me, that is customer service, sacrificing a few dollars to make sure the customer is taken care of. I'm moving away from this location so likely won't be back, but I definitely recommend them if you have any moving needs at all. Thank you guys, I appreciate your help!”
