I just wanted to give a shout out to Brad Tabor, mgr Brentwood Branch….My wife and I met him while Mgr at our Franklin Branch a few years ago. He has assisted us on several occasions and it’s always been most pleasant! Brad is so very sharp, knowledgeable and experienced in the banking world. But he is also so very pleasant and helpful to deal with. He goes out of his way to assist! It’s such a pleasure to have someone like him to handle your banking needs and be confident you’re in good hands! We appreciate him and his staff very much!Thanks!John and Patsy’s Wilson

Regions Brentwood on Franklin road turned down my my son when he wanted to open up a bank account bc he didn’t have an appointment. No one was even in the bank. All employees s were just sitting there. Complete lazinesss. We will be taking all of our accounts elsewhere.

Really bad experience. I have been a customer of this branch for about 30 years and they today refused to notarize a straightforward document for me because the other party to the document (whose signature also needed to be notarized in addition to mine) was not technically a "Regions customer". Technically they are sticking to their policy (and I get it) but practically it just makes long time customers like me left shaking my head. It is crazy that my bank could not accommodate a very simple request on that kind of narrow technicality. So big fail on customer service for this branch. I went to another branch and they were more than glad to accommodate.

This branch’s ATM ate a cash deposit of mine after hours. The machine simply kept a substantial amount of the deposit, and said, “transaction cancelled” without crediting my account. When I addressed it with the staff the next day, they were polite and told me they were 100% positive my deposit would be credited because they recovered the entire amount I stated was kept by the machine as I was sitting there. A week later, the story has started to change. It essentially corporate theft. I have no confidence at this point that it will be fixed.

The ladies at the drive thru window are very RUDE. You need to get nicer people at the window, No Thanks and no come back RUDE! RUDE!

They placed a15 day hold on my e deposit PAYROLL check!!! This is the same check that I have been depositing into my account for over a year. The only explanation they have me was that they had to verify the account. I have enough money in my account to cover that check many, many times over. They said they were only doing it to protect me?? They told me that they can't remove the hold, and that I will just have to let it" play out"! Well, the only way that I can protect myself, is to switch to another bank! REGIONS, you really messed up.

The tellers were not friendly and had issues with the loan officer saying things that weren't true. I do not recommend this branch.

Ive banked at Regions for over 20 years. Cindy waited on me in the drive through. Geesh, so much additude and condescending. Being friendly is much prefered.

Nicole Gardner is so helpful and accommodating! My experience here surpassed Wells Fargo and Bank of America, no contest! All employees are sweet and cheery!
