Not a good experience. Poor communication on the front end about the job and how it would turn out. They didn't tell me I had different types of wood that would take the stain differently. Paid for my floors to be redone and they don't match. The response I got: Oops my mistake, that's on me... I didn't realize part of your floors were white oak. What?! Also, Kyle said he thought I wanted to save money. Well everyone wants to save money, but I'd rather pay more for a nice finished cohesive project. They made the decision for me that I wanted to go the cheap route and not replace the whole floor (since they were different types of wood) and now I'm stuck unless I want to have them completely refinished again...not ok. Painter did a horrible job and had to return. They left a long putty line in the entry and had to return to fix. Didn't pull my fridge out to seal and had to return to do that as well. Left scratches on one plank after their return visit for the fridge area and claim it was always like that...not scratched. Guess I'm seeing things. Don't use these people. They don't know how to educate their clients on the front end and make sure they'll be happy. I don't know anything about wood flooring...you do...it's why I hired a professional. Not a professional job.

Huge fan of this company. Ray's communication during and after the project is excellent. The crews are courteous and double check everything with you before the install and before they stain.

Wonderful experience! The ladies at the front desk did a lovely job with sending samples of carpet + timely getting me on the calendar with install/measuring estimate. Kyle came out & he professionally measured my two bedrooms.. right then gave us a full detailed estimate of what it would be. FULL TRANSPARENCY! ..which I appreciated upfront. Install day was a smooth process. Jose & another gentleman installed the carpets. They were very quick/professional & the two bedrooms look great!! They didn’t make a mess of things & cleaned up the areas they were working in very well! Noted. I went with the Mohawk Industries Outstanding Artistry in color Raven. It’s very soft on my feet & doesn’t shed at all! Very pleased.
More impressed that the pick up crew for the old carpet was hauled away in less than 40 minutes after the install crew left. Overall it was a wonderful experience! Certainly will be a returning customer in the future for my flooring needs.

Ray Creighton and the whole team at R&S were amazing. From getting the work scheduled and materials delivered on time to the installation crew! Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. We sanded our floors completely down to change the color from dark walnut to more natural finish so the work was not easy but they made the entire process as easy as possible for us.

We recently remodeled our guest bedroom and r&s replaced the old carpet. Raymond was very easy to work with and we are so happy with the job Juan and Jose did with the installation. We are going to refinish our hardwoods in the future and will definitely call R&S to do the work.
