I have consistently had outstanding experiences at the Publix Super Market at Cool Springs Festival. This location stands out for its exceptional customer service, quality products, and overall shopping atmosphere.
From the moment you enter, you are greeted by friendly staff who are always willing to assist with any questions or needs. The store is impeccably clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The aisles are spacious, and the signage is clear, which adds to the convenience of shopping here.
The produce section is particularly impressive, always stocked with fresh and high-quality fruits and vegetables. The variety is excellent, catering to both everyday needs and more exotic tastes. I have never been disappointed with the freshness or selection available.
One of my favorite features of this Publix is the deli section. The sandwiches and prepared foods are delicious and made with care. The staff here are knowledgeable and can provide great recommendations.

Great supermarket! It's a bit expensive compared to other markets, but they have a lot to offer. The deli is amazing to get deli sandwiches and wraps. My favorite thing to get here is promised land chocolate milk.

Every time I submit an order for the deli, it is NEVER done. I have to get in line and order it when I get there, there is no point whatsoever to do an online sandwich order.

Publix in general has one of the best delis for lunch. Thinking ahead since they get busy put in an online order and prepaid so I could grab and go since I was on a tight schedule. Got to the store even a little past my pickup time and no order in the pickup bin, thinking it had been stolen went to ask about my order, patiently waiting as I wasn't gonna interrupt the customers they were currently helping. At this point its about 20 mins past my pick up time and turns out they haven't even started my order but had chosen to fill orders for people who walked up to their counter rather than fill them in the order they received them. Making it worse they couldn't make my order correct since they were out of items. At this point I didn't have much choice but to accept substitutions I wasn't ok with as I would have to also now wait for a refund and try to contact others about lunch options as our order wasn't just for 1 person, so it would have left multiple people without lunch. If you can't handle online orders maybe don't allow them at this location, but its really insulting to customers who have ordered, paid, and been given a pickup time to watch others come in and get their order they just put in on the spot when you've had my order for nearly and hour and I should of had my order a half hour ago. This department needs new management, training, or both
