This was my first time having a Pub Sub and they're delicious! I heard great things but still wondered how good a supermarket sub could be. I ordered the Italian (with extra meat) online just to have it ready when I was done shopping. It was ready even though I got there a bit early that morning and the deli staff were very kind. They also don't skimp on the toppings! This Publix had a lot more ice cream options than some of the other locations. Good quality produce. The store was clean and very pleasant to be in. The parking area was a decent size and easy to get in and out of.

This Publix store is the best grocery store I've ever shopped at. Not only is the store bright and clean and well-stocked, it's the employees that make shopping here a pleasure! They go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Need meat? Look for Lamont in the butcher shop. He'll answer all you questions, and give you the best advice on which cuts will work best for your needs. Need seafood? Before you can ask for help, Gordon will be asking you what he can do for you. It's the same in every department! They are all there to make your day! Want to enjoy shopping again? Go to this Publix store!

I recently downloaded the Good RX app and have been astonished to see that I have been paying 4-5 times more at a local well know pharmacy for the last 25 years..... Love Publix !

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner and I had a semi-emergency earlier today in which a patient of mine needed their monthly antipsychotic injection and we couldn’t locate it anywhere. I called this pharmacy and a male pharmacist promptly picked up the phone, helped me locate the medication, and then went above and beyond by making it affordable for my patient. It’s kindness like this that the world needs more of! I hope someone at Publix reads this and tells him a huge thank you from me!!

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

In my opinion, this location has definitely surpassed all of the other stores in Brentwood and Franklin. I can spot great management after only a few minutes in a store and this store has it. Customer service desk is always super helpful and the pharmacy here is also amazing.

This is the first Publix I ever went to after moving to Nashville a few years ago. And it's the main reason I fell in love with the Publix brand! The store is clean, the workers are so kind and helpful, the location is convenient, and the produce is fresh. Keep it up team!

I went here on July 27 2021 around 2:00pm. The lady who seemed to be in charge of the sub station making salads was incredibly loud and rude. I heard her yelling at a worker and she mentioned something about being latino? (I couldn't hear everything she said.) The employees behind the counter seemed scared of her. Another customer mentioned something about the woman seeming rude as well. Same with a blonde older woman running one of the checkout areas. It seemed like everyone was scared of her too. Idk what the deal was, usually everyone seems very pleasant! This isn't really a complaint from me, i'm just worried about those poor workers. Some of them looked pretty young. No need to be so mean!

The deli tried to serve me half cooked chicken tenders. This Publix really lacks effort and pride in their store. If I could give a zero I would.

12:15pm on a Monday they have ONE person working the sub area AND the hot food. ONE LADY. She was nice but Jesus. I love wasting my entire short lunch break just standing there waiting for her to make this one guys's 5 subs. Never seen this at any Publix from Miami to NYC lol. Lunchtime people let's get another person to help out maybe??? Lol get with it. I was about to ask for an apron to help these MF's out. You just feel bad.
