Tried to pick up shirts for a business trip during their business hours, but unfortunately they decided to close, no alerts or warning. Their phone number does not have an answering service and therefore I was unable to reach them and find out when they would be open, if at all. So now I will be traveling on this business trip sans shirts.

So the last couple of weeks I've arrived at their location at 7:30am on Friday - an hour after their opening at 6:30am and the business was not open. On the first time this happened, a nice lady that works at the cleaners approached me (she was in her car waiting for the store to open) in the drive-thru and took my clothes I was planning to drop off and said she'd turn them in once someone was there to open the store. This past Friday, I waited for about 10 minutes and finally someone opened the store. The employee kept saying sorry - he was sleepy (guess he overslept). He told me my clothes would be ready at 5 and I asked if he could have them ready at 3pm - he said ok and I went on my way. My wife stopped by at 3pm to get the clothes and after spending about 5 minutes trying to get him to find my clothes by entering my cell number in their system, they located them still in a pile - not yet cleaned. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this location and lately something is way off in regards to their service.
