I selected Padgett to do my taxes without a recommendation or insight from a person that used their services. I moved to TN from out of town and selected Padgett blindly without doing my research. Well, this decision is costing me a fortune-literally. I will not be using their services or recommending them to anyone that I know. I thought that the 5-star rating meant something, but from my own experience with Padgett--I'm second guessing those other reviews. I'm really disappointed in their tax preparation, but more significantly the customer service.
