Terrible experience for both my sister and I. The man doing her was so slow and argumentative with her when ahe said no hot towels. The man doing mine cut me and hurt me multiple times. I have pedicures frequently and have never had such a terrible experience. This salon used to be so good and im very disappointed.

I tried several nail salons when I moved here July 2023. Orvelle Nail and Spas has such a friendly staff and their nails last. I have had only the best experience every time I get my dip nails done and pedicures. Highly recommend!!

I go out of my way to go to this salon. Professional, attention to detail (you show the employees a picture of any design and they can make it happen!) and fun conversation. Hidden gem!

I’ve given a review before and I just have to do it again! This place always does such an amazing job! The best pedicure I’ve ever had and my nails always come out perfect! They pay attention to every detail and really care about their customers!

I've always had a good experience at this nail salon. They are very thorough and make sure you are happy before you leave. Their prices are lower than other salons I've been to as well. I went with a friend to her nail salon recently. They messed up her manicure, did a poor job trying to fix it, and they were more expensive. I said, next time we're going to my place! Thanks Orvelle!

By far my favorite nail salon! I have never been a regular at any salon because I've never found one that I liked... But I love Orvelle!! They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy! They are so accommodating and so friendly! And my favorite nail tech, May, is absolutely amazing!! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Hands-down my favorite nail salon in the Franklin/Brentwood area!!! They are always so friendly and so accommodating! May is absolutely amazing! She always pays attention to what I ask for and works hard to make sure I leave happy! And she is so pleasant to work with. I will never go anywhere but here again! This business overcharged $60! They refused to refund my money. They cut my toe during the pedicure. We will never return and I hope others will heed my warning. Check out their ****** and **** reviews. I’m not the only one!!!!
