We were so impressed that we also hired Jim Johnson Landscaping team to plant additional trees and annuals for our flower pots. Their work was breathtaking! They really showed us their concern for their customers when we thought we had an issue with the water usage and needed to check for leaks. Jim Johnson's team was very quick to respond. They went above and beyond to solve the problem even though they had not caused the problem and were not the reason for the issue. They are very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. “Had the below 20 degree washer fluid and other items I was looking for Customer service was great well as the self check out lady who helped me get signed in since I had left my card at home.Only bad experience was the parking for Handicap was icy all the other spots where pretty good I put my cain down to get up it slipped on the icy spit but did not fall to the ground.in their defense it was very cold and hardly anything was melting the ice .”

“My husband and I stopped in Home Depot yesterday morning looking for carpet for our new house in Orange Beach, AL. We asked for an estimate for carpeting three bedrooms. The Flooring Specialist (Adam Scruggs) gave us a rough estimate for carpet and padding. He was very knowledgeable of the carpet and patiently answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase carpet, but when we told him it was for a house in Orange Beach, he said that we would have to work directly with the Home Depot there. He made certain that we had all of the information that we needed to contact the Foley, AL, Home Depot. We are sorry that we could not have purchased the carpet from him. He is a truly excellent employee.”
