Been a loyal customer of NTB for over a decade now. Recent oil change was easily booked online and I requested to drop off my truck and needed it ready by a specific time. No issues at all. Will continue to use them in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this location and especially Jim! We were in a bind had a flat with multiple screws and bolts in the tire, it's a Saturday and everyone I called would not take the time to repair it on such short notice, I called NTB Brentwood and Jim told me to bring it on down, not only did he square us away with a solid fix on the tire he had us in and out in just a few minutes! These guys are amazing!

Got brakes here pricey but they guarantee their work . Had my brakes done at the same company in another state and two after had to take in to the this location helpful they stood by the warranty and repaired for no extra charge staff seemed great. Go back if needed Thanks Chris

My brakes installed incorrectly which caused them to overheat to the point that my tire and brakes were smoking. This caused a bulge in the tire. Employee tried to tell me that an overheated tire would not cause a bulge. This is incorrect according to research. I see why their parking lot is empty and discount tire beside them is extremely busy. I do not take writing bad reviews lightly as I have owned small business myself and understand the impact. Bad reviews cost a business so much more than just doing the right thing.

I had a great experience at the Brentwood, TN location today. I had 4 new tires installed and Jim was very helpful and walked me through my tire choices and pricing.I highly recommend this location and I will be visiting again for my shocks and struts to be replaced.
