Quality / professional company. Only thing is- it’s a huge pain having to keep submitting more details . One example is if a check shows as deposited in our account from another one of our accounts, it’s strange to have to prove that the check cleared the first account. It wouldn’t have been credited to the 2nd account if it didn’t leave the first acct!Also a pain to have to keep proving we still had the money to close. It’s not like we’re going to start spending it elsewhere. But every place does it like that . Just a pain though.Halston called us to sympathize about it at least, so that was good!

Our loan consultant Halston was great. From the start his candor made navigating the many different options easier. He was great to communicate with and kept us up to date on the process. As first time home buyers we were new to everything. Halston made things easier by providing extra explanation or clarification when necessary to help us understand the process and pricing. He even provided gentle reminder for time time sensitive steps of the process. Thanks for a great experience Halston.
