We experienced a personal property loss from the tornado in December and from initiating the claim to finalizing our settlement, this team was terrific. My claims contact was empathetic and understanding. Our adjuster was a delight and over communicated with us every step of the way. The person who finally settled our claim made sure we were completely satisfied and all was handled on our terms in a timely manner. For as difficult as the situation was, the Allstate team had our back and made sure we were whole when it was said and done. I’ve been an Allstate customer for 40 years and with Nashville Insurance Group for over 20. The reason we’ve only ever been customers of Allstate is for positive experiences just like this one when you end up in a difficult situation. Scott, Dallas, Trina and the team at Nashville Insurance Group set the standard and we highly recommend them.

Dallas was extremely helpful and communicative when we decided to switch over our auto insurance. We also added a homeowners policy for our new build at the same time. He took care of this right away. When getting new auto coverage he made sure we were properly covered and helped educate us on the gaps we had with our previous policy. This gave us greater peace of mind. I highly recommend using Dallas for your insurance needs!

Had a great experience getting a new homeowners policy with this agency. Trina and Sheila were very professional and I was able to get a quote within a couple of hours. My previous agency couldn’t even get me a quote after two weeks. Glad I switched, saved a lot of money and it was a breeze!
