I also know Stacy had to deal with some issues my new HOA was giving her---I understood a lot of work went on behind the scenes. I appreciated her time with that.

After a long, failed refi start with another company, Stacy Flynn at MIG was referred to us by her former colleague who described her as a rock star. That is a spot on definition of her! She and her team were helpful, reassuring and communicative: the whole process was as smooth as could be, and even through the November and December holidays, we managed to close before the end of the year. MIG was an incredible asset during the home purchasing process. Our Loan Officer was Stacy Flynn, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to make the loan process and home buying process easier. Her biggest strengths are her availability and communication skills. She kept the process extremely organized. I was nervous to begin the loan process, but she kept it simple and listened to my needs and concerns. We even needed adjustments to our loan when we found our dream home and she was working on it on a Friday evening to get it done so we didn't lose out on the home. MIG puts the client first and makes you feel confident. I definitely recommend using them. I know I will use them again when I buy my next home.

Mortgage Investors Group was wonderful to work with during our loan process. Stacy Flynn was our Loan Officer, and she was available at all times and answered the number of questions that we had from the beginning in get pre-approved through the end on our closing date. Everything was provided quickly and was very organized. We also worked with Kurt Mullen during the process and he was a pleasure to work with as well. I would recommend MIG to anyone looking to purchase a home, and will certainly be using Stacy, Kurt, and MIG in my next home buying process.

Buying my first home in an insane Seller's Market was a nightmare - except for my Real Estate Agent and my Loan officer Stacy Flynn at MIG. Stacy was amazing. My realtor recommended her to me and I could not be more thankful. She was patient, kind, and very informative. I probably called or emailed her 1,000 times over the course of my searching and she helped me with efficiency and a great attitude every time. Being my first time buying a home, I had so many questions and felt very unsure about many things and she was so helpful and eased my mind with her approach and the information that she gave. I had full trust in her the entire time. Whenever my next home purchase happens, I will go with Stacy again hands down.

I've had to pause and think about how I put my appreciation for MIG into words. It is tough because I want to accurately portray the respect I have for them.As a first time home buyer in a new city, I was apprehensive about the entire process. However, after speaking with multiple lenders, it was MIG's unparalleled customer service that gained my trust.Sarrah Gaston was the first to call. Trust me, I tried to not like the first who called ;) Within hours I was pre-approved, and Darin Anderson was navigating a variety of financial scenarios to ensure the best solution for my situation. He offered to speak with my father; he was available most any hours via text, email, phone; he even checked in on me and my realtor as we battled the Nashville market.But, I knew I was a lifetime customer on closing day. Our appraisal was slightly delayed and the numbers had to be reworked which put us up against the clock. That afternoon, I found myself in a grocery store parking lot in the rain with Darin who drove to get last minute signatures. HE is reason we closed that day (at 5:30p, ha!)I own a home in large part thanks to Darin and MIG and could not be more grateful. MIG feels like a family (likely because they are one,) and they have become mine.
