“As a long-time user of a lower tier cell phone company, I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience switching over to T-Mobile. Promos and specials from the Company aside, me and my wife's experience at this store was awesome! Shout out to Brian, very professional, nice, and our sense of humor complimented each other very well. Brian got me an awesome new phone (by far the nicest phone I have ever had) and got everything transferred over very efficiently. Praise to T-Mobile for having the incentive that led to me switching, but high praise to this store and Brian in particular. I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.”

“I purchased a new Galaxy with case and screen protector here. I got home and my biometrics wouldn't work because of an issue with the screen protector. I brought it back and they replaced it with no issues and made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend!”

“3 stars.I’ll come back and edit this one day. Lol. Hilarious. But true story… Stay tuned.Edit: I came in cause my wife’s phone was having problems with network. A Samsung S22ultra-shocking-gag! The rep whom I shall not name was courteous. Friendly and welcoming. Time to upgrade my phone on a spur of the moment decision, I tell him I want the 13 pro. He confirms twice. Then goes and brings me a 13 pro max. He’s started transferring before I realize hey this isn’t what I want. He goes back in. They are out of the 13 pro and only have the max. Okay can you cancel and just give me my phone back. IT says “a lot of unusual activity was happening on our account so it’s locked for a period.Long story short-I get sent to another store cause now I have my XS and a 13 pro max that I don’t want. 6hrs and 2 pizzas later I finally get a working 13pro but my wife’s phone we have to wait till Wednesday to get it. But that’s because she wanted a color they didn’t have in stock. I don’t think he still works at this store.Fast forward…-Edit: Giving 5 stars now.My latest review: “Wol is an awesome rep. That man deserves a raise!!!Above & Beyond. The transfer was taking insanely long time to complete. Wol stayed back almost 3hrs past closing time to complete the task. I'm not sure even I would've been as accommodating in his shoes! Outstanding!””

“Best wireless service for the money. Your bill is always the same month in month out. Understanding and helpfull staff. Here is a hint when you go there, ask for the ACP program and see if you qualify. If you do qualify the program will pay $30 dollors off your bill but you have to ask ;)”
