The selection was okay, the value is okay, the coupons are pretty good. But, this kiosk can cause issues. The other day when I was in two of us are having issues and there was absolutely nobody around to help. We even press the help icon on the computer. So I had to just leave. When I came back the next day to get help and to make sure the coupon was working they wouldn't let me use it because it was out of date. That is not the way to keep customers! Very disappointed!

DO NOT GET ANYTHING FRAMED AT THIS STORE!!! I stood waiting for two hours as the staff had to learn the custom framing program. Then over a month later I had to come in and they lost it!!!

apparently they dont know what 100$ bills look like, there machine was broken so they couldnt accept my 100$ bill.

Always has a great selection! Also love the sales! Got some awesome fall supplies at 70% off, right before thanksgiving. Plus make sure you're part of the rewards program. They give out coupons A LOT!

I took a print in to have it framed and got it back a month later. Service is very poor. I'm not blaming the people who work there. It's because they have a lack of employees. they had to call a team in from another store to finish up the orders. I had two other prints for framing, and took them to another place. They completed the framing in two weeks which is standard. I gave this a one star because of the poor service.

Not impressed with the customer service at this location. I've been a Michael's customer for many years and been to multiple locations across the country and this is by far the worst customer service I've received. I've been to this location multiple times to pick up online orders and for simple check out assistance. Check out has not been a smooth process at any time. Staff is undertrained and understaffed to perform their job well. Coupons and discounts have not worked, my rewards account was not applied, my questions were not answered. Customer service over the phone has been the same quality for checking on orders. Long hold times and not understanding my simple questions

Only one employee in the whole store. They were handling guests in the framing area. There were no cashiers to help with check out at all. I will not be returning to a business that does not support hiring humans.

Yarn selection is terrible and never stocked. They also use it as storage for all their shipments which is tacky and makes the entire area impossible to access.

I was disappointed in this Michaels location. I usually can find great artificial flowers at a good price but on this visit that was not the case. The store is small and the layout is choatic.

Framing services are outstanding! I have the unfortunate experience of dropping and shattering the frame as soon as I got home. He's kind people took care of fixing it up for me. Highly recommend.

The store is pretty good with staying stocked up.
