I felt extremely pressured to buy here after we repeatedly told the sales lady we were gonna think on it, order comes 3 weeks later and they didn't have the right base in stock so my husband had to get whatever was in stock. My newborn is on a sleep schedule and I told them that for delivery but yet they arrived an hour late and set up took a bit so that was a nightmare with my baby. The heights on the mattresses (split king) are very off and we told the sales lady we wanted to make sure that wasn't going to be the case so now I sit really high and my husband is really low. We specially stated we still wanted to feel like a married couple and my son sleeps with us too a lot but now we can't cuddle, or anything and my son can't sleep with us. Not being able to feel my husband next to Me really triggers my PTSD and increases the pain from my medical disability. Also, I buy the expensive tempur smart base and go to use it the FIRST night and the massage/vibrate feature doesn't work. I am so dissatisfied with this experience and I just want to return it and not deal with this company again. Beware, once you buy they don't care anymore and have a no refund policy apparently. $6500 and they are awful. I've tried talking to the store and owner multiple times and they have a no care attitude. Take your business somewhere else.

Wonderful experience with the staff in the store. However, follow up from customer service regarding a potential problem with the mattress has been zero. It appears that once the sale is made, this company doesn't care about their customers anymore. We have been waiting for months for help, but none has been forthcoming. Buyers beware.

The delivery crew came and set up our bed quickly and professionally. They later returned and attached our headboard and made other adjustments.
We are very happy with our purchase and the friendly and courteous staff at Mattress King. They did everything it took to make us happy and satisfied.
Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My husband and I purchased a Beautyrest mattress/boxspring from Mattress King Sept 2022. Neither of us are heavy people, so we were disappointed when our mattress quickly started noticeably sinking in the middle of each side. We notified the store and they asked us to send pictures and measurements of our mattress. We sent pictures in March and got a response on 5/25/23 that we were at 1.25" indentation, and to submit another claim if it got to 1.5" indentation. I responded to their email stating that we were actually already at 1.5". They requested more pics be sent, which I did. I did not hear from them, so I went into the store in October and talked to the sweet lady working there. I showed her the pictures, and she agreed that the mattress should not be that broken down at such a young age, and she said it should definitely be replaced and to follow up via email again. I sent more pictures in of the measurement at 2" and they requested more pics be submitted outside of the stitching. Again, I sent them, this time outside of the stitching. The pictures very clearly showed that it measured 1.5" outside of the stitching, yet I didn't get a response. On 11/10/23, I requested that they acknowledge my email. They responded the next day saying that the threshold did not exceed 1.5" yet all pictures showed the opposite. In addition to them using blind eyes for my claim, when we purchased the mattress, they were offering a $200 gift card for one of three places. I sent in the required paperwork, but never got the gift card. I called to check on the status of the gift card (through Elite Rewards), and they said the offer was expired, but they would gladly resend it anyway. I never got it (the second time), so I called back again. They told me they would have to call me back. After three attempts to get the offered gift card, I never received it. I feel like I got scammed on two different levels by the same company. Very disappointed!!

Great customer service in the store and also with the delivery team. The base I ordered was on backorder. The team kept me updated and also gave me the option of getting my mattress delivered with an alternative base to be swapped out when the one I ordered arrived. The delivery guys were very professional and did a great job setting up my bed and working with my headboard.

Bought a bed frame from here last year and paid for delivery. Within a week of using the bed it was apparent that the bed had been put together improperly by the delivery men, but they came back and re-built the frame (which I appreciated at the time). This week the legs on the foot of the bed popped right out and the frame collapsed. After inspecting further it was clear that even after the second install they had placed pieces incorrectly which led to the lack of structural integrity of the frame and legs. Super disappointed this frame didn’t even last a year
