Do not waste your time or money. They are in the process of selling. They didn't care that cockroaches were running around in the room or that the carpet in room was worn with holes and stains. I complained and was told sorry but owners are selling nothing would be done. So do not take a chance.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful indians own here. It's moldy and stinky. If you value your money stay anywhere but this place. Plus it's a lot of drug addicts LIVE here!!!!!!!

We stayed 2 nights. The only issues we had was the couch itself was hard as a rock, half our light bulbs were out, and they had no pull out bedding or pillow. Other than that we enjoyed it.Nearby activities: Lots of good and shopping all around.

Mainstay Suites in Brentwood, TN. Was musty and stink sometimes. My room was not cleaned or sheets changed for the week, The hotel has roaches and stink bugs in it. Which is probably why they don’t serve breakfast. The bed frame was broken and never got fixed. And when they use the dishwasher to clean they didn’t use any soap. And everything looked out-of-date. Oh and the elevator got stuck with people on it.

The hotel staff was very friendly and nice. My husband and I only stayed one night, so we just dealt with the things that made the room a 1-star rating. Upon entering the room, it smelled musty and like dirt. The bathroom shower head sprayed water to the ceiling and that water would then drip on you as you’re showering. The bed wreaked of must. The toilet had pieces of something in it that wasn’t flushed when we arrived. All in all, although the staff was kind, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our stay at Mainstay Suites in Brentwood, TN, had its ups and downs. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, we encountered a minor hiccup as the clerk appeared to be asleep, causing a delay in accessing our room. On the positive side, everything else about the stay was satisfactory. I do wish they had offered a continental breakfast, but overall, it was a decent experience. Four stars!Rooms: The rooms at this extended stay hotel left much to be desired. The suite, in particular, was of low quality and fell short of our expectations. The furnishings appeared outdated and worn, and the overall ambiance was far from inviting. The lack of modern amenities and a general feeling of neglect made our stay less than enjoyable. We were disappointed by the condition of the suite and had hoped for better accommodations during our stay.Safety: measures at this extended stay suite are somewhat mixed. On one hand, there are security features like key card access to the building and individual rooms, which provide a sense of security. However, we did notice some areas of concern with door locks. While it didn't feel unsafe, we would have appreciated more consistent attention to safety details.

This is not a hotel more like a overpriced motel. I will never stay here again! There is a lot of random people that just hang outside. Random men knock on door early in the morning just to see who is inside the room. Very unsafe for solo travelers! The pictures are outdated. The pictures on the website were probably taken 20 years ago! The bathroom is unclean and has mold. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We didn't want to spend a lot on a hotel since we would just be sleeping there while we explored the city but this place was so gross and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, I wish we had just coughed up the money for something cleaner. The lobby smelled like burnt curry and there were children running all over the place. By day two it was obvious that they were one of the staff members children. Our room smelled like sweaty feet and there was a large mysterious brown stain on our mattress that I just told myself was someone's self tanner but realistically it was most likely dried blood or feces. You could not pay me to stay at this place again.

Ok- no frills hotel.Pros: fairly clean living area, front desk receptionist Kim was very nice, housekeeping left me alone, not too bad of a walk to the restaurants/shops nearby ~ half a mile. No sidewalks in some parts though.Cons: bathroom ceiling was covered in splotches of black mold (definitely a stuffy nose every morning), there was a bathroom vent but no fan - so the humidity just sat there. Carpets need a nice cleaning, had socks on most of time until right before getting in the showers and just in that short time I picked up enough dirt that I could see the dirt coming off my feet with the water. WiFi was slow most times. Curtains were broken, screen was broken. Pool was tiny and I avoided it ( I didn’t see anyone in there at any time). No breakfast- they did have coffee but it wasn’t the best. Parking some evenings was limited to bucket trucks and vans occupying multiple spaces. Came back one evening to 5 cops in the hallway for a domestic dispute in the room across from me, maybe handle that outside or inside the room, a little off putting. Also multiple charges of $3.60-$3.64 were charged and processed to my card, the front desk said they’d be reversed but still seeing them after checking out.Overall: decent for the price, but I think I’d rather pay more and stay some place else

Housekeeping is only offered once a week. You have to get your own towels and take out your trash. The grounds are run down and for 2 of our 3 day stay there was debris and slates of wood by our entrance door. It smelled awful (like urine) when you went through the first door. There was no comforter on the bed, only a blanket. The shower leaked water everywhere and there was no location to keep your shampoo/soap etc. The room looked dark and dirty. There were gnats flying out of our bathroom sink daily. It felt unsafe and a homeless man wondered the parking lot. The man who checked us in said check out was at noon, then housekeeping came at 10:45 telling us we had to be out at 11:00 am. Describing this hotel located in Brentwood as sketchy is being kind. We would have left and even tried to get accommodation elsewhere, but could not find any. I feel overcharged for staying there due to the lack of service that was provided and the condition of the hotel.

Great place to stay, Lauren at the front desk was very cheerful and helpful. It's obvious that she takes pride in her job and makes guests feel welcomed. I highly recommend.

Stayed here from June 3 to the 12!!! Was a great room but wish there was an oven, bed wasn't comfy felt itchy!! But not sure if I'll be back next year!! Had a handicap car and all those spots were taken by fake ones that expired 3 years ago, and when asked they said they couldn't do anything which I'm sure they could but rather not!! Hope they update the rooms soon and the pool was broken and no breakfast

The room felt like an amazing option for our trip to Nashville this week. Not too far of a drive, great price, and a kitchenette and workspace for us remote workers... seemed great... I wish I read the reviews a little closer.I understand it's a humid city, but I was not expecting there to actually be mold. And there was. I'm someone that has asthma and let me tell you, BEWARE.The air conditioner has mold on it, thus blowing all of that around your room. The tub also has mold around the handle, the tub spout, and the plastic tub insert. We didn't notice it until the night before checking out, as I had woken up that morning not feeling well.At check out, I mentioned it and the woman at the front desk just kinda wrote it off like "yeah that happens"....that shouldn't just happen, in a hotel, where people are staying, and judging by reviews, staying because of it proximity to the hospital...If you can stay elsewhere, DO IT.
