Vicky reached out to me via text initially after seeing my search online for car insurance. She gave me a monthly quote, which BLESSED me indeed. I texted her back to say I'd call. We had a few rounds of phone tag, but finally spoke. She had a pleasant greeting and she was very excited to help me with my needs. She explained things thoroughly and made sure I had a direct number and sent me the link to the app. She offered up EXCELLENT customer service and that made me feel like a person & not a policy number. Cameron with State Farm is by far the best agent that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He was friendly, helpful, and very informative about auto & renters policies.
He was very pleasant and patient with my questions and policy adjustments.
I received a fair price for comparable, if not better coverage than my recent insurance company, (libitty-bibitty)
I like having a real person that I can contact if I have any questions or issues, rather than a bot (like most other companies).
I highly recommend contacting him for all of your insurance needs. Mention my name as a referral! ?
