Have been a customer for quite a while and been very satisfied with the service. They don’t dismiss your complaints and check everything out thoroughly. Very good about calling you with updates and get your approval before unexpected issues are taken care of. Very courteous staff too.

FALSE ADVERTISING! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Recently widowed during the COVID crisis after 43 years of marriage, and my Mother-in-law went to this dealer for a car she could trust. They advertised a certified pre-owned RX350 for 44,500. She was willing to pay cash for the car and only requested a $44000 negotiation. Pat (worst salesman I have ever encountered) tried to scam her by charging $1200 for the certification on the car. We told them it was advertised in the price. They would not budge. Evidently they don’t want to sell cars. I have called twice to talk with Spencer the sales manager and he won’t return my calls. This dealer should be ashamed. I hope someone cares enough to even read the review. I would give them no stars if it were an option.

I am beyond happy with Lexus’s Manament and Lexus’s service. They are very professional when it’s come to their customers. Here I can name some of the people that I have talked to ( John Burns, Carl, Alex.) they are beyond AWESOME!!!! I own 2 cars from Lexus and I love it. Not just my car but Lexus Manament. They take their customers serious. I never have a bad experience with them. I highly recommend Lexus of cool springs.

I am very disappointed in the service so far. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was told they were booking out into December!! Either Lexus quality has gone way down or there is a problem in the service department. The only reason I don’t go somewhere else is I got free oil changes when I bought the car in July

I have not had the need for service on my Lexus since moving to TN a few months ago but I stopped in to the service department say hello and introduce myself. I found some very pleasant folks there. While it's a fairly large dealership, it felt more hometown that some other big dealerships. I hope to have a good relationship with these folks to keep my cars fit for a reasonable cost. Lexus is not know for low prices so time will tell!

I just want everyone to know that Lexus of Coolsprings Is the best ever. The staff are so sweet and accommodating. They help you in every way you could think of and even things you don’t know to ask. A special thanks to Kevin in the service department for all of your hard work If I ever buy a new or used car it will be from them

My late wife bought a Lexus RX300 at this dealership in 2002 and after her death I started driving it all the time. Lexi (as I call her) now has 268,000 miles under her hood and has had all service done here except for two oil changes when I have been out of town. I like the place and just wait while the work is done. They have a comfortable waiting area, good coffee, sweet rolls for breakfast, and if you have to wait past about 11, they bring out the wraps for lunch! There are plenty of magazines and NO loud blaring TV. The exterior car wash that's provided is great and is, I must admit, about the only bath Lexi ever gets. The service reps I have dealt with these many years have all been good and able to explain what's needed and give an estimate which most times is a bit more than the actual cost. Speaking of cost - yeah, the place is expensive, but having been in the dealership business myself, I know how much it costs to provide the facilities and the little extras that I like. Lexi runs great, so I will keep going there. My only complaint is that recently the place is apparently so busy that it's taken over a week to get an appointment. It used to be you could get in the next day or the day after. No longer so I don't know what'll happen if there's an emergency. Maybe they'll work me in like a doctor or dentist can. BTW, my goal is to see if Lexi will make 500,000 miles without major surgery. At my age, I have my doubts that I will make it, though I am confident she will!
