I understand I’m not the only patient that need his medication. Guys save some time and use another pharmacy.Geez a turtle could fill up my prescription faster than these guys.

My prescription was called in 10 days ago. It has yet to be filled. I know they have it in stock. Why does it take 10+ days to fill a prescription they already have in stock? This place is terrible.

Liars. Text messages sent when meds are ready but when u get there the short, heavier female pharmacist will lie and say its not done. Until you pull out your phone. Lazy. Why work?? Rude woman! Pharmacy board will be hearing from me about her!!Never answers the phone either so u are forced to drive there for norhing.

The worst. So rude. Never fill prescription on time. Wait time 30 minutes. Hang up on you.

I just left this location. The manager came over the loud speaker to tell an associate to get off of her phone. He called her out by name. I shop at this Kroger at least twice a week and this particular associate is 100% attentive and kind. As a customer I was WAY more uncomfortable with the managers actions than seeing an employee in their phone. And, I've never seen this girl on her phone. Please have better management skills. That's embarrassing leadership. Thanks!

My wife and I came down with Covid at the same time, so we went to this Kroger pharmacy this time because it was close and had a drive-thru to get our prescriptions. Never again! It took almost three hours to get our prescriptions filled. Not only that, but the PRN that wrote the prescriptions made a very obvious mistake (four of an inhaler spacer instead of two, it's basically a plastic tube) and, instead of calling the prescriber to question it, or letting us decide to take the extras or not, they blindly sold it to us. How much for two useless plastic tubes? $84!I tried to call them when we got home, but nobody would answer. I let it ring for over 10 minutes solid. I tried again just before closing time and after about 5 minutes someone finally answered. She remembered us and remembered the mistake, but said there was "nothing they could do about it". She just wanted to "get our medicine to us as quickly as possible". Note that when we finally did get our medicine, it was about 5 minutes before they were scheduled to close for lunch. Coincidence? On top of all of this, I figured out that the same meds at Publix across the street (who also has a drive-thru) would have cost about a third of what we paid at Kroger!Like I said earlier, never again!

They never answer the phone and are rude when you try to respectfully ask questions.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Tried for 39 minutes and nobody picked up the phone! I'm done with them and going to Publix

I’ve seen they have had issues finding a full staff, so it’s to be expected some wait times have happened occasionally. You can only expect so much when it’s only two or three people back there. That being said, they’ve always been very polite and helpful with me.Also, to address a complaint another reviewer had: I have also gotten texts for a prescription being ready when they weren’t. I assume it’s an automated thing they can’t help. So I just started calling in to check if they’re ready. Easy fix on my end.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is completely careless and rude. I am a type 1 diabetic and not once, but twice they have sent me alerts saying my insulin was ready only for that not to be the case when I get there. And all they can seem to offer up at that point are insincere apologies.Upon seeing the amount of other 1 star reviews, it appears that this has been everyone's experience. Worst pharmacy in the entire country.

Always professional and helpful. They have had staffing issues since covid, so you can write off most of the 1 star ratings. From my perspective anyway

It's been so hit or miss here. Love about half of the staff and they've gone above and beyond and been super helpful. The other half of the time is so dreadful though, that it ruins my overall opinion and review.Today for example: Dr called in a controlled medication which can only be filled every 30 days, early. They said that it would be ready several days ago, which surprised me. When I called to double-check, they acted as though I should have just somehow intuitively known that it wouldn't be filled - Even if their system was the one that told me to come get it.So I waited until the day before it's due (yesterday) to ensure that it would be filled for my aunt this AM, as it is her last day of medication for the month, NONE in bottle left.Long story short, I waited well over an hour and a half, coming up three separate times and being told that it was almost ready. The last time up at the counter, I could see it sitting in the basket and the cashier went to grab it for me, but the pharmacist told him no, that we should wait until my aunt has absolutely zero medication in her system, and pick it up tomorrow. I'm not upset about the regulations as they are. Although I know by now that promises kept override it if need be. Still, 30 days of medication is 30 days of medication. This isn't even for me, it's for my elderly aunt that I care for. It is not convenient or appropriate for her to have a day where she is stressing and doesn't have any medications, before I can go pick it up, if I'm even able. Please fix your pharmacy issues!
