Great touchless. Even has prewash available. Free vacuum and free car freshener. Pretty small area. I just wish air freshener hose was longer.

Andi Miller provided the best service I have ever received. I called on this morning during church. She responded immediately and walked away from service to call me and make sure I was taken care of. The car wash is a car wash but Andi is a superstar!

Andi was extremely responsive when I accidentally reached out to her while she was out with her family at dinner. I was looking for a touchless car was as I'd just arrived to Nashville from a nighttime road trip and had lots of bugs on my car. I'm so glad I reached out and glad she responded as I was more than impressed with the complimentary pre wash warm, soapy wand, the soft brush to address the bugs before the wash and the touchless wash I received. To top it off, Andi provided me with a complimentary wash as a welcome to Nashville gift! Her customer service was amazing and the car wash was just as great! Highly recommend!

Waste of time and money, you can still see the film on the windshield from cleaning then with the wipers. Cat paw prints still on the roof and hood. Got home and my roommate said “did you go through the car wash?” What a joke- and again waste of your time and money. Usually wash it myself but didn’t have time and knew it wouldn’t be the best wash- but I at least expected it to get the washer fluid film off the windshield and it not look the same as before I got it washed. Glad I didn’t get the platinum wash. Called to get my $18 back because the service that was supposed to be provided didn’t happen and they refused and wanted to give me free car washes- why would I want more washes when it didn’t wash anything the first time?

Good experience here! The bug spray is a very nice addition as well. The vaccuums are free and a few of them let you switch to a fragrance spray to leave your car interior smelling nice and fresh. Only downside is that the automatic car dryer could be a little stronger. I've noticed water is being sprayed on your car slightly as your car is being dryed.
