“The SpringHill Suites in Nashville/Brentwood is conveniently located to Interstate 65 with a short drive to Cool Springs Galleria, Franklin, and downtown. The hotel had a free breakfast and the staff were very friendly. The room was in need of a few repairs: window shade was broken, shower door seal was broken and door would not stay closed, and the telephone was non-operational. The breakfast had multiple hot and cold items. The food stopped being replenished about 30 minutes before the breakfast ended, and there were lots of people competing for the remaining items. Recommended one arrive early for best selections.”
“First the whole hotel smells great. The only problem is they put the light switch for the bathroom on the outside. So at night you turn on the switch and it lights up the room and wakes people. Everything else is great.”
“I loved Sonya the receptionist, who shared the same excitement as me about Shabu Shabu the restaurant. Checked and out for a one night for work. Quiet, close by to many restaurants, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for a hotel. I thought this place had complementary breakfast but it does not. The gym is really spacious, so I greatly appreciated it.”

“I Absolutely Love This Sheraton!! The rooms are recently renovated and they are absolutely gorgeous! There was Gentelman that checked us in and he was Super Awesome. He is from Mississippi, I truly enjoyed his kindness, and him making me feel special. He even said "Thank You for Being A Gold Elite Member. Loved his hospitality!!! I will revisit this Sheraton again really soon!!!Rooms: Updated they are beautiful!”

“The outlets that weren’t in use didn’t work. My phone charger cube didn’t work in any of the available outlets so luckily there were two USB outlets that did work. The breakfast was good but the room was really crowded and uncomfortable.
Nearby activities: Shopping and dining close by car.
Safety: Felt completely safe.
Walkability: Only to Wendy’s up the hill.
Food and drinks: There was a soda machine that took credit cards but the snack machine only took ones and I only had $20s”

“The rooms were very clean, staff was always nice and friendly, breakfast was good but the coffee was weak. Sliding door on bathroom, terrible idea! Either it slides back open or off track trapping u in. On a personal note if you get stuck in there at 2am your husband won't come and get you out! ??
Rooms: Very clean, kind of small, bed comfy
Noteworthy details: Beware of the sliding bathroom doors!”

“Our group of 37 spent the night at this hotel on 09/13/2024. The GM, Dee B boarded our bus when we arrived at 7:45. We were late. She welcomed us warmly and
we were ably to get to our rooms very quickly. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The staff were sweet and helpful with our requests. The same manager was there that next morning assisting with the breakfast. The staff was amazing and I am thankful Diamond Tour booked this hotel. Thanks everybody ?”

“Positives: The hotel is older but the room was very clean. The front desk was friendly. Nice amenities. No cost for parking and the lot was well lit.
Negatives: Cold water in the shower all morning. two tvs in the suite but only one remote was available. could not locate the other remote but front desk indicated there should have been 2 in the suite. Also, the front desk informed me at check-in that I could change my payment card at checkout after I asked if that was an option. However, at check-out the next day, I was told that I was already charged when I checked-in. It is not clear why the front desk would tell me one thing and then a different person would tell me something else the next day.”

“There was a fair bit of noise from other people in the building, but nothing too jarring or concerning. Location is absolutely amazing, staff were all very helpful and pleasant, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable! I didn't make much use of the kitchen but it was clean and simple. The fridge was much bigger than expected and kept everything very nice and cold. Overall, would absolutely stay again when in the area!
Walkability: Could easily walk to the grocery store or fast food.
Food and drinks: Publix within walking distance, fast food and restaurants within a few miles.”

“Do not let its age fool you!
This hotel is a little older and its evident in the rooms. But the customer service is unbelievable. They go above and beyond to be sure your stay is enjoyable and you are more than pleased. I came in and management was so helpful! Any time we might have had any little problem or concern they fixed it immediately. It was affordable and i will most definitely stay again if i am in the area! Thank you holiday inn!
Food & drinks: Food and drinks are easy to access with out having to go on a main road. So convenient!”
