“Out of what we needed. Informed by staff product was on back order since October 2023. Came home got on app & ordered it & picked up at same store in about a week. Not sure what was going on there but Home Depot needs to fix in house information and allow customers to order in store if they choose; which means probably new software?$$$$$On upside all the staff was great especially the 3 tht helped us in garage door insulation/insulation area, except being mis informed about ordering product.?”

“Walked in and immediately was met by the kind faces of Scot and Dee at the paint section. I had come in for a few items to do some home repair and they quickly got to getting me what I needed. Dee aided in the paint I needed and perfectly color matched using the trim I brought in. Scot took the time to show me to exactly where I needed to go, gave me tips, and cut a piece of trim that I needed.
They were both exceptionally kind, personable, and helpful. I left feeling more confident in carrying out home repair tasks knowing that I have the helpful staff at Home Depot to rely on. They have cemented me as a loyal customer of the Home Depot on Bell road!”

“My wife was looking for an item for our door and she had a couple of employees help her. The first young man was very helpful with assisting her find the product.This store didn't have it so a customer suggested wood glue for our problem. Another employee which was a young lady took her to that department. So my wife is telling me while deciding what kind to buy, a young man was helping another customer and she asked him what kind did he suggest. He knew exactly what the problem was with our door and gave her the kind he said he has used. She said all was helpful but Josh was all about helping. Told her exactly what to do when she got home and it worked well.. Thanks Josh because she was about to drive me crazy!!”

“Had the below 20 degree washer fluid and other items I was looking for Customer service was great well as the self check out lady who helped me get signed in since I had left my card at home.Only bad experience was the parking for Handicap was icy all the other spots where pretty good I put my cain down to get up it slipped on the icy spit but did not fall to the ground.in their defense it was very cold and hardly anything was melting the ice .”
