Had the below 20 degree washer fluid and other items I was looking for Customer service was great well as the self check out lady who helped me get signed in since I had left my card at home.Only bad experience was the parking for Handicap was icy all the other spots where pretty good I put my cain down to get up it slipped on the icy spit but did not fall to the ground.in their defense it was very cold and hardly anything was melting the ice .

Dan in hardware is very unprofessional. I am a contractor, so I go to Home Depot a lot. I have dealt with Dan 4 or 5 times in the past year. He is always extremely rude. When I have a questions that pertain to hardware. He always gives me one word, answers and acts like he can’t be bothered to help. This morning I Asked if a certain item was in stock. He rudely answered “I don’t know.“ I gave him a blank stare, till he decided to pull out his little phone and search for the item. When you go to Home Depot first thing in the morning, you don’t really expect for your day to be ruined, by such an ugly attitude. Thanks Dan.

We were looking for a specific item and asked an older gentleman employee if they knew if they had it. He told us we could look it up online and see if they did, then he walked away. If I had wanted to buy it online I wouldn't have came to the store. Not very helpful

Nice store and staff, but I had to make 2 different trips bc there was the wrong product in a different labeled slot. Then there was a returned item in plumbing that I had to have and come to find out, it was missing one of the key components. Ended up going to another hardware store to get the correct items.

I don't like shopping at this Home Depot location. Definitely lacks its potential in customer service. The environment gives off an uneasy and very uncomfortable vibe feeling.

I sure appreciate Mr. John Parrish for making sure my phone order was perfect and ready to pick up on time and accurately fullfilled. The whole team, especially the fork lift operators on the delivery team, were excellent. What a great experience!

Went into the garden area for a hanging pot, mosquito repellent, and orchid food. What should have been an in and out trip turned into a 45 minute foray where no one was available to help and the help that eventually was provided sent me to an aisle that didn't exist....Very poor customer service...I'm embarrassed for you guys. Looks like Lowes will be getting my business....

In "attempts" of increased productivity Home Depot has dumbed down their cashier training and capacity to deliver an efficient and sensible transaction. A regular of Home Depot, A contractor, ProXtra card holder, and former fan of the orange box store, my confidence in competency and customer service is quickly diminishing. When a manager is requested to rectify inept cashier customer experience, the customer is stared at awkwardly like " what are you doing this for?" Just inconvenience yourself a little bit more and go straighten out the problem at customer service. Cashiers should have the authority to reverse things that they wrongly do wasting the customers time and not fulfilling their requests. When the manager arrives he looked dumbfounded at you knowing the systems and policies are complicated and not consumer/customer centered. He can't and won't apologize because there is nothing he can do about it. But you've put almost everybody else out of business, so we deal with you Home Deep Hole ?️

We purchased a new refrigerator from Home Depot with free delivery. This will be our last major purchase, perhaps any purchase, from Home Depot ever again. They sub-contract out their delivery and apparently do not do a good job of selecting who they contract with. The delivery person was by himself to deliver a 21.5 cu.ft. counter depth refrigerator. He very roughly dragged it across the threshold of our front door to our brand new house. It made a very loud banging and scratching noise, so I asked him to please be careful. He got a very angry look on his face like he wanted to hit me and and said "Don't give me any SHI!, I'v been making deliveries all day by myself." At that I realized he was not a professional and was having a very bad day. He got the refrigerator into the house, swung it around to put it in place and when he did he hit the corner of the wall creating a huge dent in the sheetrock metal strip and sheetrock itself. He told us he would have "his guy" contact us to make the repair at his expense, but of course "his guy" never called. Very disrespectful and dishonest. The name of his delivery company is DFL Home Delivery. Home Depot has been an absolute nightmare to deal with over this. We have so far spent more than three hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and are not closer than when we started. They give you the name and number of their insurance company that handles these claims and you sit on hold with them for 30-40 minutes to have them tell you need to call Home Depot back for some reason and sit on hold there for another 30 minutes. Total black hole run around to the point that it seems intentional so that you will just give up. Worst customer service ever. BEWARE if you order appliances with delivery from Home Depot. It is like playing Russian Roulette. Maybe you have a good experience, but if something goes sideways you are plunged into the depths of Hell to get it resolved.
