Don't expect to get rest at this location. The walls are thin and it is just loud. If you like a small room, and the sound of doors slamming every 2 minutes this is your place.The room we stayed in seems smaller than average.And the breakfast was not well stocked. They were out of many items. Definitely not the experience I have come to expect out of this chain. This location is overpriced for what you recieve.

First off Hotel is difficult to find.Check in process was easy.Now on to the room:-The room was nearly 80 degrees when I went it.-The AC is old, filter has not been cleaned, didn't work well, and smelled like cat piss when you got near it and the curtains above it.-There were cracks in the wall and ceiling.-There were roaches in the cabinets.-I didn't sleep under the covers as they did not look clean.-The room had an odd smell to it.Lastly, it is uncomfortable to seat in the lobby because of how hot it is.Noteworthy details: The AC units smell and filthy.

Great place for work meeting the breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this place. The rooms were nice and clean.

The worst hotel experience of my life. We traveled with kids for a tournament. We arrived a little after 7pm and I was very shocked at the trash every where and . The amount of BUGS! The lack of service from the agents. I sat in the lobby for several of hours to see if the trash would ever be attended to and it was not nor could I grab a cup of tea to go from the amount of trash a creatures. There was a gentleman there the next afternoon and it was cold so we came in to grab coffee and it was old so we figured he just came on so let’s give him a minute . Well that never happened so we all went to the store and grabbed items and just hung out in the lobby. It was a group event and there should be no excuse on why the service we experienced that weekend was ever displayed I am overly shocked in the lack of hospitality that was provided and the more disturbing part is there were no managers cards or information on the counter. We should have received a complete refund and more important an apologies for the employees that were not efficient during our stay. We will never return to this location ever again!

Ran out of hot water in my shower after 2 min in the shower. Carpet old. Base boards stained/cracked. Had to stay here while in town for a volleyball tournament. Will never stay here againNoteworthy details: Very disappointed with the quality of this hotel

Rooms are musty smelling and feel wet. After reading some of the other of the reviews on here it has been an issue for years so they dont plan on being better. Would not stay or recommend staying here.

Nice hotel! Really appreciated the dove soap products and makeup removers. Beds weren't very comfortable, and the temperature in the hotel was a bit warm for my liking.Nearby activities: Location really good about a 20 min drive to get to places like Top Golf and Dave and Busters. Also good restaurants like Cheddars and Amerigo's nearby.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, and the breakfast was great. However, The rooms and the hotel are in desire need of a remodel/upgrade. A lot of the floors throughout the hotel felt uneven especially in our bathroom. Carpets in the hallway were stained. I hope Holiday Inn express corporate remodels this hotel.

My vehicle broke down and I had to send it to the nearest shop. We spent 5 nights here as it was closest to my work. All the staff are great here! And that's why I'm leaving a great review. The guy on night shift and the guy working mornings at the front desk were both very nice. I wish I would have caught their names to give them the proper recognition. The cleaning crew are awesome and accommodating. And the staff in the breakfast room are great as well! Even offering food when breakfast was shut down for the morning. Every single member of staff at this hotel are genuinely nice people! Rooms and pool were clean. We had everything we needed during our stay. Thank you again Holiday Inn for a great experience!

Not a great experience at this hotel. The clerk when we checked in was wonderful and very friendly but that and the biscuits at breakfast were about the only positives I have for this hotel. The floors felt/were slanted, the tile in the bathroom was about to pop up, there was a but print on our door from a previous stay, there was leftover chips in a drawer from a previous stay. The floors were dirty - see photo just under the bed skirt, there was also a piece of candy that my young guy found and tried to eat left on the ac unit. Thankfully I got him to spit it out and he didn't have any kind of reaction or anything. The staff- other than the guy who checked us in- were all rude or didn't speak English and during our stay they left a note on our door saying that due to a staffing shortage they would not be cleaning our already dirty room. Just gross!Adding that the shower leaked out the side so the bathroom floor got soaked. Had to lay down two towels for showers. Also the luggage carts had twin wrapped around them because the hooks broke off and instead of repairing or sanding it down they covered the sharp exposed metal with twine. Front desk was often not there or a teenager who didn't even ask about our stay.

Whatever you do if you book this hotel, make sure you’re not in a room next to the kitchen or supply closet because employees will bang and clang around in the early hours of the morning and nothing will be done about it. The banging began at 5:00am and didn’t stop until 9:00am this morning. Tried to call the desk and ask them to have them be quieter but no one answered. Then physically went down to the desk and no one was there. Brought the issue to their attention at checkout only to be told that’s just part of being in the room next to the supply closet. Like we asked for that particular room. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I called earlier today to check on my reservation and ask a few questions, and Fifi was such a pleasure to speak with. She answered all my questions thoroughly and I could hear the smile in her voice ? it was much appreciated, and I’m looking forward to my stay. I just checked in and my room is very clean and nice.

We came for a baseball tournament. Checkin was super easy. Breakfast was good.The air conditioner In the room condensates so bad that all the carpets was wet so all of our bags including my laptop bag, were wet overnight. Hopefully the hotel does something to compensate for the laptop, considering it is ruined.Noteworthy details: Ac condensation will get everything on the floor wet

Clean facility and very friendly service. After getting into town really late, needed a room for one night, and we found this hotel. The night clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean but could use a good facelift. The general manager made his rounds at breakfast and was a delight to talk to. The breakfast had a good selection of options. The room seems crowded but do the job.I would keep this on the list of places to stay when in town.
