Our clothes are always expertly cared for here, whether they are undergoing alteration or being cleaned. Connie genuinely cares about providing excellent service and gives careful attention to detail. We have utilized this shop so often that my kids don't refer to the store as "the cleaners." Instead, we "go see Aunt Connie."

Be aware, I had 3 pair of scrub pants hemmed and tapered and the price was triple what I was quoted. The quoted price was per pair, not total, $156.00 total cost. Who would spend that amount of money to alter an $18 pair of pants? I will never ever return!Service: Alterations

I tried this place out w a huge order of drapes and comforters and bedding and pillows. Not only was it overpriced but my drapes which were brand new barely used are ruined now because of the way they pressed it. Brand new drapes now have a highly visible flaw right in front. Hundreds of dollars I paid them to ruin brand new expensive drapes

I was extremely happy initially that this shopwould adjust my wife’s dress for her maternity photo shoot. However, the did alterations in places they weren’t supposed to and then didn’t complete the alterations correctly in the places where they were actually needed. I would notRecommend them for any alterations.

Suit always comes back great and the lady here is super kind and genuinely cares about here customers. Always asks about my grandma when I visit and vice versa for my grandma. Always enjoy chatting with her when I visit.

Don’t go here. She tells you your stuff will be ready at a certain time on a certain day and when you drive there all she says is “oh sorry, not ready”

This place has ruined 4 button down shirts of mine in the last 2 months. The first time there were bleach splotches on one shirt and another shirt was completely discolored. They gave me a credit for the shirt that was completely discolored and tried to fix the one with splotches. I came back to use my credit and although they fixed the splotched shirt, 3 of my other shirts had holes either by the cuff or elbow. I tend to blow out elbows on shirts, so I was fine letting that rip go, but all 3 shirts also had holes near the cuff that were completely their fault. The holes were in the exact same spot on all shirts - not in a spot of stress that typically gets worn. When I asked them about it, they tried to tell me that I brought them in that way, which is absurd. They clearly clipped them together and snagged them on something. They refused to give me money back or a credit. I will never be coming back here - I'm now out $400 in shirts. If you value your clothes, I would not bring them here.

Will never go back. Called to ask how much it would cost to have a suit coat dry-cleaned. Was told the price. I then went in with my suit coat and also presented a coupon that was on their website. I was told that I wouldn't get the full discount amount of the coupon, but that she would give me a 10% discount. I should have left at that moment, but I didn't. When I returned to pick up my item, I had the coupon with me again and I pressed the issue this time. The lady told me that they didn't accept that coupon at their location and that she would give me a 10% discount. I showed her on the coupon itself where it said that it was accepted at all Heritage Cleaners locations. On top of everything else, she ended up charging me a higher price than she originally told me and then added the discount to that amount. Ended up paying $12.53 when it should have been much less. Needless to say, I won't be back. I took my sport coat to another cleaners in Brentwood a few month later and only paid $7 to have it cleaned. I sure won't be back!
