The outlets that weren’t in use didn’t work. My phone charger cube didn’t work in any of the available outlets so luckily there were two USB outlets that did work. The breakfast was good but the room was really crowded and uncomfortable.
Nearby activities: Shopping and dining close by car.
Safety: Felt completely safe.
Walkability: Only to Wendy’s up the hill.
Food and drinks: There was a soda machine that took credit cards but the snack machine only took ones and I only had $20s

Lovely simple clean place to rest your head. Location is easy for quick access to all sides of the city, just follow signs for 440.
Great breakfast. Gracious staff.
Beautiful Duvet covers and spotless high quality linens.
Walkability: My daughter was so excited to walk to wendys. But it was actually not possible. So, not really a walking kinda place.

Stay here if you want to take a chance of your car being broken into. Happened to us this past weekend and after searching found that the same thing happened to several a little over a month ago. You would think they would be a little more vigilant especially if the vehicle was parked in clear sight of the lobby.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We had our truck broken into along with multiple other vehicles. Nothing was stolen, just the headache of having to go through insurance to replace a window. Talked with the front desk and was told that this has happened multiple times in the past. It’s the same group of individuals, and target vehicles that are on one side of the building without cameras. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU CHECK IN TO PARK WHERE THERE ARE CAMERAS! All they did was give us the non emergency number to the police and was told there was nothing they were able to do. Just very inconsiderate and no sympathy. I understand things happen, but this could have been prevented considering the fact that this continues to happen. Highly recommend staying somewhere else.

We stayed at the Hampton/Brentwood oct6-7 mainly because of an appointment at Vanderbilt. It was SUPER CLEAN, the staff was SUPER FRIENDLY, the breakfast was superior to any other Hampton we have stayed at. It was continually stocked and clean. Wonderful experience!! If ever in Nashville we would 100% stay there again.
Rooms: They were super clean and well stocked. Very comfortable beds. Just a great experience

The hotel is showing it's age. Rooms are ok. A little tight in size. Bring your boxes for your USB cables cause there are no USB ports in the room. So far the staff has been very friendly. Lots of food choices close by. Very limited channels on the TV. No HGTV. ?Bathroom not bad.

My fiancée and I stayed because we couldn't stay at the children's hospital for our newborn. Honestly, we didn't care much for our stay. The check-in was fast but wasn't told a whole lot. Had a miscommunication with the 3rd shift person about checking out early. The only saving grace was the morning front desk lady who fixed the miscommunication, "The lady with the purple hair." Lol
The breakfast was standard and the hotel seemed outdated, the rooms especially.
Our room 125 had some damage to the ceiling and wall in the bathroom and the most annoying part: the showerhead would not stop dripping for 14 hours! I had to wrap a towel around the head to muffle the sound.
I'm hoping they are due for renewal soon, and I would like to come back and stay when in Nashville and have my mind changed.

TOP SHELF!!
Hampton has cracked the code on a comfortable, affordable, clean place to stay. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming both at check in and check out.
The complimentary breakfast was loaded with tons of options and the place was spotless.
I used the workout room this time and it was clean and comfortable as well. Well lit and great air conditioning.
The rooms are always clean and comfortable as well. Excellent model and we try to stay here everywhere we go.
Rooms: Clean, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Spacious and great amenities with lots of charging plugs.
Nearby activities: Two to three minutes from shopping, restaurants, and businesses. Easy access to interstate as well.
Safety: Clearly marked lanes and space for vehicles.

This was my first time staying here. I am so glad I chose to stay here. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were large and well stocked with everything that was needed. the bed was very comfortable also. There was a large clean pool and was enjoyed during our stay. The best was the large and well placed breakfast provided. Every morning there was many choices other than the great waffles everyone comes to expect. I will definitely be back.
Rooms: The rooms were large and well stocked.
Safety: At no time was there any concern about my safety when at this location.

Worn out rooms, probably updated in 1994. no ac in lobby, old squatty potty toilets.if i knew it sucked this bad i woulda stayed near cool springs… 2 overall because it has a pool. ?
note canned response from owner. real translation: contact support..really? whatever could have at least lied and said were updating in 2030...
