Called Great Clips in Edmondson Pike and they were closing in 15 minutes. They said go to Great Clips at Creekside because they close at 7. Tried to book a time and it said walk in only. So I drove across town and the 2 stylists were each working on someone and they said if you aren’t in the system they couldn’t take me but I could t get into the system as I explained. I know they wanted to go home but at least have something on your website when people try to sign it that says they aren’t taking anyone else so Indidnt have to drive across town for nothing.

Erika is the best! I got the best haircut I’ve ever had from her, and I’m super picky. A good haircut can make or break how you feel about yourself, and I left Erika’s chair feeling confident and beautiful. Thanks, Erika! ?

I really tried here. It took a while to find someone to cut my hair the way I like and I finally did. She was here at great clips. Then one day she was gone and I couldnt figure out where she went so I started the process of trying to find a replacement. I would like to say the problem is inconsistency but it’s actually the fact that they don’t listen. I have tried multiple people and run into the same problem. It seems they just do what they want instead of what you ask. The crazy part to me is that there are notes on the chit that gets printed every time I get called up and it should describe exactly what is desired for my haircut. Even still, I usually go over it explicitly every time expcept this last time I didn’t think I needed to. The time before was my first with this new cutter and I went over it thoroughly in detail. I had also let it grow out from the hack job the lady before did. she did such a great job, Wow, she blew me away. I told her my past experience, and said with a cut like this you can be my regular barber. Fast forward to yesterday about two weeks from the last cut where I ask for a maintenance trim just to keep it looking clean. She took off way too much and faded it up the top of my head cutting way too much off the way I asked her not to. I’m done and if you value your hair and want what you ask for, don’t go here because you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. It was tolerable before when it was 12 dollars a cut less than two years ago, but now for 20. I’ll go pay for a real barber.

The tall, blonde, young stylist always does a great job with my hair. It totally depends on your stylist - I've had some bad haircuts here, but overall, my experience has been positive and I know who to look for at this point.
