This is the worst GC I’ve ever been to. Recently, I brought my two boys to get a cut. The black woman who was up next was very vocal that she didn’t want to do kids. So she went into the back waiting for someone else to cut their hair- making everyone else wait as well. She still ended up getting my son and was insanely rude about it.
We went back the next time and got her yet again. She was angry because the last clients parent was “hovering and up in her business” and she complained about it to me. Meanwhile she gave my son the absolute worst haircut. He had huge hunks cut out of his hair. We got it done at Sports Clip today and the stylist couldn't believe how horrible it was.
Spend the money and go anywhere else. What a waste of money.

Worst experience with hair stylist training She has terrible attitude and she curse you on your face . She lied when you ask her why is she talking like that and she lied. Very unprofessional and horrible hair cut she did. Don’t ever go to her.

I have been using Great clips for long time. Yesterday visit was the worst. When I walked no one checked me in I was ordered to take a seat. After waiting for sometime I decided bring this to someone’s attention. Unfortunately, I did not knew this up will result in a bad hair cut, bumps on my neck and a terrible attitude from the stylist.

Bad experience! Nicole she didn’t follow hairlines, 2 sides are different and not even good blend. Careless for her job! Never again in this location.

Don't bother checking in online if you are trying to get a cut on a lunch break or have limited time. They don't follow the order. The wait time on their website is never accurate. I check in online and it takes 5 min to get there saying 0 min wait time. When i get there I am 2nd on the list, they ask if I checked in and I advise I did. They take back #1 then a minute later a lady comes back up and takes #3. What was the point in checking in?I will no longer waist lunch breaks to try to get a cut with this company.Location: 8113 Moores Ln Ste 2000, Brentwood, TN 37027

Horrendous. Great Clips is generally pretty bad but as someone who can’t afford a $200 dollar haircut I take my chances sometimes. But this might be the worst experience yet. Hair stylist had an attitude the entire time for no reason, clearly hates the job which is her business but if I’m just trying to get my haircut I don’t understand the rude attitude. Mediocre job on my hair, had to trim more when I got home and it was a fight to get her to trim it evenly and make it look decent. Ridiculous. Get real great clips

Don't always let the queue time in the app scare you away, as many people enter, but don't show up until much later or bail out. Considering the increasing cost of men's haircuts and the frequency that men get their haircut vs. most women, I've found that Great Clips offers a quality experience and adequate value for the price paid. The staff here is always friendly, efficient, and careful to ensure that you're satisfied with their work. While I could probably spend 3x the price, I'm not sure it would be worth the modest increase in quality at another higher cost trendy salon.

Avoid this location at all costs! I came in 24 minutes before closing and the staff was so incredibly rude...first time I have ever been threatened by a stylist! There was no one waiting ahead of me, yet the stylists were condescending and hostile to me because "I wanted them to stay late".How embarrassing for a business that relies so heavily on customer service.

Ruined my haircut yesterday. Cut uneven and not blended in at all from the back. Also the clippers were not used evenly, causing a weird thin spot.
