The people who work here are extremely rude. The lady working the donations treated my husband horribly when he came to drop some things off. They closed at 6 but she was bringing the bins in at 5:10 and rudely told him she wouldn't take his donations. When he asked when they open tomorrow she replied "I don't know." She was extremely rude and acting like he was an inconvenience to her. Here's a tip: find a Salvation Army and donate to them. We come here because it's close to home, but the way this lady was acting was beyond acceptable. I don't know how people think it's okay to treat others like sh*t for no reason.

Practically chased out by the rudest manager ever at 6pm closing on 11/26. She had the cash registered pulled before my wife walking to it can make a $1 kids book purchase. Told she can only buy it if she used a credit card. Told to hurry up and pull it out right in front of me. By 6:02 back in the car the lights go dark and locks the door. You don't treat the community like and think we're going to donate to your business. You certainly don't treat my family like that.Goodwill's mission statement will not fix the tarnish this brand has now earned at the behest of a manager who shouldn't ever be facing customers.

It was a nice store. I would've given a 5 but there were too many items without a price and you only know after you wait in line that they can't sell you items without a tag.. such a waste of time, but All retail places need price tags no matter what. I found what I wanted but my 1st choices were not tagged :/ still, a nice location! I'll go again :)

The items of this store are very expensive compared to other Goodwill stores, if they are used. Most of the electrical appliances of this store are broken. The shelves are very messy and untidy

Went to drop off items before closing and was told they were closed. You close at 8pm not 745pm. SMH

Items have tags clearly marked what they were sold for originally and this location marks it up? Doesn’t make sense. Way overpriced.

They must cherry pick all the items of any value before hand. Nothing more than overpriced junk. Should be called Greedywill.

I’m sorry to write this but they have changed the donation center to make things much more of a hassle for the donor. In itself I could let that go, but when they send people out to police which bin you use and those people are jerks, it makes me a lot less likely to continue to donate to their otherwise worthy mission.

There are 6 fitting rooms, but only 2 of them are ever unlocked. Standing in line for 20 minutes to try on clothes sucks.

Not super impressed at all. I fully expected the Williamson County Goodwills (Brentwood, Franklin, etc) to be a better option for trying to find nice work clothes to start a new job with since I’m already pinching pennies as it is and I found NOTHING here. Everything looks like it was trucked in from somewhere else - old, outdated, extremely worn clothing… Don’t give me the nonsense that “the resellers get here first each morning and pick it over…”. If you were putting out good product all day long, there should still be some left for those who truly need it. Goodwill needs to stop holding back the nicer donations and selling hem at charity events, online, and in other ways. This store was most definitely not worth coming to all the way from the other side of Nashville.***Super small store too!!

CEO makes way to much off of other people’s stuff. Will never donate to good will.

Nice friendly employee. Store was neat and organized. Got 50 % off the color for today. My son found a new pair of slacks with the carpenter pockets he loves
