GREAT store and AMAZING experience! The staff went above and beyond to help me, specifically Michelle and Warren. I was looking particularly for some toys that we needed and they went back in the donation area for employees only to look for me. Thank you! We appreciate your kindness!

While I was on my shopping adventure, I saw a Visor that I decided to purchase with a clearly marked price of $1.00. When I went to the check out line, I first had to wait several minutes for a clerk to show up and then when she “Jayla” did, she rudely told me that she couldn’t sell me the advertised visor for $1.00 but that it would be $3.99 instead. I always that a price marked was the price that would be honored but NOT with this clerk. BOO!!!

I needed an older tv to watch some videos. I found one st the Franklin goodwill. I got home and it it did not work at all. I called Franklin which is 30 minutes from my house and asked if I could return it to any goodwill store. I was told yes. So I brought it to this Goodwill however, the manager, here would not let me return it because they sell their TVs at a higher price. I don’t know if they have reviews based on income generation, or some thing, but now I have to drive 30 more minutes to get money back on a TV that should’ve never been sold in the first place. I am extremely disappointed in this manager. She gives Goodwill a bad name.

I recently visited this Goodwill and was shocked by their pricing. It's like TJ Maxx, but everything is **used**. Why are they marking up prices on donated items to the point where I can find new items for the same cost? It’s ridiculous and feels like they’re scamming customers. If Goodwill wants to be a resource for affordable goods, they need to rethink their pricing strategy.

Hateful management, staff unmotivated with no guidance, many usable to communicate in English. Pricing has inflated 35% in last year alone with quality and variety disappearing. Avoid spending time in this location and and shop elsewhere for a better experience spending you money.

This store sets high prices for used items. You would buy at walmart for cheaper and new.

The people who work here are extremely rude. The lady working the donations treated my husband horribly when he came to drop some things off. They closed at 6 but she was bringing the bins in at 5:10 and rudely told him she wouldn't take his donations. When he asked when they open tomorrow she replied "I don't know." She was extremely rude and acting like he was an inconvenience to her. Here's a tip: find a Salvation Army and donate to them. We come here because it's close to home, but the way this lady was acting was beyond acceptable. I don't know how people think it's okay to treat others like sh*t for no reason.

Practically chased out by the rudest manager ever at 6pm closing on 11/26. She had the cash registered pulled before my wife walking to it can make a $1 kids book purchase. Told she can only buy it if she used a credit card. Told to hurry up and pull it out right in front of me. By 6:02 back in the car the lights go dark and locks the door. You don't treat the community like and think we're going to donate to your business. You certainly don't treat my family like that.Goodwill's mission statement will not fix the tarnish this brand has now earned at the behest of a manager who shouldn't ever be facing customers.

It was a nice store. I would've given a 5 but there were too many items without a price and you only know after you wait in line that they can't sell you items without a tag.. such a waste of time, but All retail places need price tags no matter what. I found what I wanted but my 1st choices were not tagged :/ still, a nice location! I'll go again :)

The items of this store are very expensive compared to other Goodwill stores, if they are used. Most of the electrical appliances of this store are broken. The shelves are very messy and untidy

Went to drop off items before closing and was told they were closed. You close at 8pm not 745pm. SMH
