I dropped off my car for service today, and the guy who spoke with me was very rude, let alone barely even letting me talk to him. I tried to show him a code that my car was reading but I had no dash lights or anything. Before I could even show him the picture of the code he cut me off and said “no need, it’s the battery” Keep in mind the entire time im trying to talk to him he is just being utterly rude.. I told him that it was not just the battery and that I had a circuit issue. He was still refusing to listen to me and keep implying that I just had a weak battery. I even tried telling him my car would not jump start with a regular car but only a Tesla could jump it for me. He then replied back saying that a regular jumper box should do the job, when I tried using a jumper box as well, that still did not fix my issue. I hope that I get my car back fully fixed with the issues and not the battery just being “replaced”. I am very disappointed with Acura as I was hoping to speak to someone who is actually willing to let me speak and not cut me off. I do not recommend coming to Gray force Acura in Brentwood Tn. I have never experienced any type of service like this guy today. I forgot to look for his name, but I will keep an eye out for him when I pick up my car.

I came in today without an appointment it was an emergency my car was over heating. Casey at service was awesome he brought out Clark a service technician to take a quick look. It was determined that my car needed a few things . They said they were no loaners available. Didn't know I was going to do. Some way they were able to get me a loaner. I appreciate all of the guys so much really helped me out today .
