“Salesmen, several of them, were well informed & patient with my trying each of the mattresses. They were pleasant & helpful in explaining why none of the mattresses had a knee gatch that specifically raised the knee, which I fully expected to see. My only complaint was that each salesperson directed all their info to my children, ignoring me as if I, a senior citizen could not possibly understand or make a decision for myself. This continued until I made it known rather forcefully that I was buying the mattress & could & would like to be addressed as such. They quickly began directing the info to me, which I appreciated. Also at checkout I appreciated their patience as I experienced a glitch in trying to access my funds to complete the sale. Thankfully my daughter was able to pay for me. Otherwise, the sales folk were kind, respectful & accommodating! I am looking forward to the new mattress.”

“We went to Ethen Allen to look for an area rug and matching runner. Jennifer helped us, she told us about a rug that didn’t work for someone else and they returned it. We got a beautiful rug at a great deal! Jennifer helped us with the lay out of the rug. When I called Jennifer to buy the rug she told me Amanda would help us and she did.
