I Absolutely Love This Sheraton!! The rooms are recently renovated and they are absolutely gorgeous! There was Gentelman that checked us in and he was Super Awesome. He is from Mississippi, I truly enjoyed his kindness, and him making me feel special. He even said "Thank You for Being A Gold Elite Member. Loved his hospitality!!! I will revisit this Sheraton again really soon!!!Rooms: Updated they are beautiful!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in for a variety of reasons, buckle in, this place is a trip.Number 1. The construction they have going on? The lobby is down to the studs, so very dusty right? Hard to breath for someone with asthma yeah but what they don't tell you? The air is so heavy with dust even on the SEVENTH floor that most the time I couldnt breathe. Turning on the air helped some, but I'm a small person so it also made this winter stay very very chilly. Turning on the shower helped some. That brings us to number two; The shower was the only good part about this room, I expected tasteful with red accents, the room was hideous, with some super fake super plastic fiber looking textured wall behind the bed.Number three, the coupons for a free breakfast they give everyone upon check in right now to make up for the construction? We only ever used one because the breakfast is absolute trash. The only good thing in there was the yogurt and I forgot that in the fridge that shuts itself off every two hours on a timer and so I couldn't eat it. The sandwich is somehow soggy and a brick at the same time, the cheese is so fake it instantly melts off when you put it in the microwave, the muffins are about the size of a ping pong ball and look like smashed up crumbs. And number four! A two for one, the area shuttle never runs and it costs more than 50 dollars to get a ride to anywhere from this hotel, and no, no one is ever going to pick up the phone when you call guest services to ask about the shuttle. This was the most expensive and LEAST WORTH IT hotel I've ever been to.P.S. the shampoo and conditioner and such is secured to the wall. No collecting travel sizes from these greedy hotels.

The room was very nice the hotel is being renovated so lobby was still not finished neither was the dinning area.. the negative is their grab and go breakfast was way over priced for what you get. But you are limited on options unless you want to deal with a LOT of traffic..Rooms: Newly renovated, nice walk in shower and very large tvFood & drinks: Dinning area was being renovated while I was there so the had a grab a go breakfast which was over priced and had to go to the lobby to heat it in the microwave. Longhorn steakhouse is right next door easy walking distance..

Avoid this place at all cost man. I came down to Nashville for a wedding staying on points. They said they needed a card on file and charged me 25 activation fee. A startup fee for what exactly? Then the nightmare happened of leaving and seeing a 248 charge. I called and they said there was “suspected smoking”. I instantly got so mad because I don’t smoke nor have I ever. So I don’t know why they would charge me. My guess is the house keepers were mad because I didn’t leave a tip. I normally do but I cleaned the room up myself it wasn’t dirty. The manger said sir the house keepers smelled it. I said did you? He said no. As a manager feel like you should be the one to do it. I even had to complain the night of my stay because they put me in a joint room and I could hear the other room blasting foreign music all night. Safe to say this place is a no go. Highly recommend to avoid this place.Rooms: If you get put into a room with another door just safe to say your up all night if the other room has the tv on

I booked the 2 double bed room for 5 days and honestly the time here was so peaceful and relaxing (apart from the work, obviously). Even though the hotel was undergoing renovation I did not experience disturbance at any point of time. The folks at the reception and the house keeping people were all super responsive, helpful and pleasant to talk to. The room itself was quite spacious along with a big bathroom and bath tub. The room had a dedicated work station (which I barely used but still), a giant TV and ample space for your luggage. All in all, a good experience. If I come back to Brentwood for work, I’ll choose to stay at Four Points again.Rooms: I booked the room with 2 double beds and the room was very spacious. There were plenty of space for your clothes, luggage and a dedicated work station as well.

The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous, clean and modern. But they are *so loud* -- you can hear _everything_ going on next door, the space under the doors is huge so you hear everything in the halls, and the door closers are all set to the "slam" setting. My smart watch was concerned by how many times I was waking up every night -- terrible sleep. On the plus side, the forest view room had a great view of the fall colors.I don't want to say anything bad about the place because the staff were honestly amazing, positive and going above and beyond, even while their entire lobby was torn up.Check in advance if the pool and gym is open, if that's important to you, they're closed for renovation, but if it's going to be as clean and beautiful as the rooms, worth waiting for!Walkability: You can easily walk to a bunch of great restaurants just down the street, nice wide sidewalks and well lit at night.

Hotel was undergoing renovations when I visited so the pool was closed which was a bummer for the kids. Room was nice and shower was nice and hot. Giving four stars instead of five because breakfast was terrible. You buy a little box for $10+ that has a cold little sandwich inside with a yogurt and something else. You have to heat your sandwich yourself on a microwave. You'll be better off grabbing breakfast somewhere else. Everything was good except for the breakfast choices.

It's well documented that the building is under construction but that has no real impact on your stay. The rooms are very modern, very clean, etc. I have zero complaints everything went smooth and yours in close proximity to any store you need.Would definitely recommend...

The guest room, and service was amazing! Quentin at the front desk was friendly and welcoming during check in, alongside every time we came back to the hotel. The hotel is still undergoing renovations but there were still amenities available. The guest room was beautiful and clean, by far the best looking four points I’ve stayed at in recent years.
