Customer service was horrible! I stood in line for almost 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. I was the only person in line!! It was the worst experience ever in a First Horizon bank. The First Horizon that I normally frequent is on Murfreesboro Road. They have a great staff!!

These scammers charge a check cashing fee to cash a check written from them. Another bank taking whatever they can. Would not recommend

I went to get a paper notary , the lady was rude and asked how many times that I come to that branch. I I do my business with Horizon Investment across the street it was just helpful to use this branch. Michelle Crandall would not notarize. This is a shame.

I went to the Brentwood branch to cash a check and they told me they didn’t have the money to give me back the way I wanted but I can come back tomorrow. Tomorrow would’ve been too late I needed it yesterday. But seriously what bank tells you they don’t have enough money to help their customers out . I had to leave work early to drive back to Franklin to the Watson Glen branch where I always bank at before they closed at four and they helped me and they told me that their tellers always keep them supplied with enough money to help their customers out. So I will not be banking with the Brentwood branch ever again.

I have had really good experiences here in person, but over the phone I rarely get help for what I need. Other branches are far more helpful if you need something when you cannot access a branch in person.

You can get a replacement Visa Debit card in about 2 minutes at the branches. Nice!
